Little touches like cleaning the surface and keyboard of the laptop, providing a tip sheet on how to possibly prevent future issues, and complimentary reusable tote bag and mousepad, make a difference. I am happy to recommend this local business.

When all my efforts to fix my vintage MacBook pro using apple support (they just wanted to sell me another one). This local family business was fantastic. I have been using it for the last two years with no problems. Of course, he has died for good now, because it is 13 years old! But again, they were very effective. They did a fantastic job for sure I will come back if I need!!! Thank you both for the outstanding customer service.

Quickly showed me the issues and started repairs. Good price for the hard work and running around he had to do. Would call again, but not likely to have to now! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very happy with the service received and problems solved. I even got my computer back a day earlier than expected. I appreciated Peter updating me by text, accompanied by a snapshot when helpful, to let me know what he's finding, how it's going, what he's doing to fix things up.
Peter gave recommendations to extend the life of my aging computer, both with and without an upgrade to the drive (my non-tech word). I appreciate the 'if this, then that' scenarios offered.
