Our Commitment To Our Communities
The team at Tom Harris Cellular has always given back to the community, donating over $100,000 and hundreds of hours to worthwhile causes. In 2018, we created the Tom Harris Fund for Families to give back to families in need in the communities that Tom Harris Cellular serves. The Fund donated $25,000 to send hundreds of local kids to summer camp, who wouldn’t have otherwise had the opportunity, through the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign. As part of these fundraising efforts, employees from teams across our company raised donations and awareness for the Fund by skydiving out of a plane through the Fly for Families campaign.
To honour and continue Tom Harris’ legacy as a family man and community leader in philanthropy, the Tom Harris Fund for Families will continue for years to come.

Clayton and another staff member (manager I think) were both really helpful and explained everything covering so many different aspects of the changes I was making. I had to stop in the next day as I was confused by the new phone process and another staff member helped me straighten it out. It was really busy the first time I was there but all the staff were great at managing everyone respectfully and every conversation I heard from all the staff were very professional. I’m happy with the plan and deals I got and found it so much easier to do everything there in person than when I had tried to call in to telus customer service.

Went into the store today and had took care of me right quick got problems resolved and the friendly environment was great thanks to the team at Tom Harris Telus and a Specifically Clayton.

Although we were less than patient, Shane was very accommodating and was patient for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything throughly and quickly. I was super happy with the service and would highly recommend this location and Shane in a heartbeat.
