He was able to get me an amazing deal on a new phone as well as a new plan, also valued my time allowing me to shop around while he set everything up. Highly recommend A+++ service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stephanie was serving me at Costco it was Okotoks phone department and l came from highriver l have worked in customer service for years. I was so impressed and thankful for her personality and personal touch she gave to me and others in the time l spent there.As her working partner a woman left to go on a trip and didn't finish her work and let Stephanie do her work also.Not only did she do her job and the other person's job and be interceded to do task of phone calls demands that needed to be sent asap on demand she did it with grace and dignity. I'm so proud to have experienced people a person that went the extra mile but was patient to teach me things l never new how to do on my phone eg.transfering photos to cloud ☁️ ? and showing me all kinds of things l could access on my new phone. I am grateful some people can show honor to their job and appreciate customers the way she did . Stephanie you are a gem ? and l say you should be raised up the payroll if you worked for my company. I am thankful for you time love and attention you took for all involved with grace and a touch of humor as we giggled as how much u handled. ♥️ You are a star worker for Costco in my books ? l shall not forget you!! She provided us with all the information we needed and answered all our questions. Our transaction with her was smooth and pleasant and she done all this with a big smile on her face.
