★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sent here by the TELUS store in Landsdown Village. I had broken the screen on my phone. Made an appt and they said it would take 45 min to replace. Not 45 minutes. Asked to come back. Came back 2.5 hours later. Was told phone was ready however the broken screen nicked the battery and would need to be replaced. I said okay. They said would have to order in. Went back when called. They had the phone for over an hour to replace the battery. When I came back they said sorry the one they got in did not fit. They said to take it somewhere else to get battery. New place said that someone had tried to repair battery and nicked the service antenna flex cable. Now an additional charge to get antenna replaced. Would never go here again or recommend them. Below are photos of the damage/repair done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I love this place, however my most recent visit the employee seemed disinterested in helping me and I got a phone screen protector replaced and she touched the bare screen with her fingers a few times and then put the protector on upside down but I hadn't noticed until I had already left the establishment. Be sure to double check if you go here for a screen protector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with the screen replacement and deal I got from this place. Speaking with the service team they helped me to get exactly what I was looking for.
Never thought it can be done this faster and in such a good deal, whereas other shops were giving me unrealistic prices and huge wait time.
They really have a professional and friendly staffs over there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't had services from them (and might not need to) but I gave them a quick call to see if i could have my phone repaired while i was in town. The woman on the phone was very helpful and realistic with me about when the parts would come in and how much it would cost (extra cost for having to remove the screen) and whether it was worth it or not. For a $200 fix she was saying that maybe it's not the best idea, but to come in anyways because maybe the phone isn't damaged from the water and they could just dry it out properly and not have to replace any parts.
Basically, I figured I would try charging my phone again, and it looks like its charging now!!
If it's still not working I will stop by here, I just wanted to review since they were so helpful and realistic.
