P	Peothord on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deceptive. Claim they are open 24 hours, but when called to ask why their store was lit up and fully locked, they explained they lock up early to clean. They claim to close at 11 on weekends. I arrived at 10:40, they were already locked up. When I asked why they were closed early, they just said “okay thank you” and hung up. Pretty disappointed.
T	Tawnya McFarland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Timmy's I have ever experienced. As soon as I walked in there was homeless belongings in the lobby, noone homeless person around. They could clean that up. Every single table inside was dirty. The staff was incredibly slow, not helping the line of people out the door. I ordered Chilli and the two people behind me got their order first...a cooffe and a sandwich. How hard is it to follow your training procedure? Absolutely a disgrace to Mr.Horton!!!!! Wheres management???

The staff in the drive through just throws the interact machine at you so rudely , they don’t even take the time to wrap your sandwich at all, it falls apart. Never mind the fact that the food is always cold and disgusting. The owner of this place doesn’t even respond to any of the negative reviews which tells me he doesn’t care.
D	Deep sandhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Washroom. Baby diaper changer broken. I had hard time to change it, have to hold with my leg . So dirty washroom. Mess everywhere. Also sitting area so small. So many people sitting, looks so crowdy.
J	JF S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a good location for any business to be stuck in, but despite their circumstances they're easily the fastest Tim's in town. I go almost every other day. Fantastic customer service while dealing with some of downtown's most colorful characters with little support from nearby security or police. The staff here all honestly deserve a raise - if they can handle working here, they can do anything.
J	Joel Pinay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a wrap today took extra long time just to get my doughnut and pop then I had to wait for my wrap which I seen the person lift the grill press and it exploded she then instead of making a new one proceeded to put it back together I figure must not be that bad. The person who works there hands it to me with her wrists pressed against it since her gloves are filthy and when I get to my bus is exploded in middle not even edible and cold. Not my first bad experience but hopefully one of the last, there is a couple good workers at this location if your lucky enough to get them when you go it can be a good experience
