Extremely poor interactions constantly with Dr. Van Rooyen. Highly recommend avoid using her as your doctor. You will not get treated as you deserve - simply being spoken to with respect would be a large improvement. I am sure the clinic itself is nice enough but avoid her.

I brought my young teenaged son in to see Dr Randeva about a minor concern. Our regular family doctor was unavailable. We were thrilled with Dr. Randeva’s care and how he really took the time to listen to my son. He addressed him directly, rather than talking through me like so many β€œgrown-ups” do. It meant so much. Thank you!

I love this doctors office, very well run establishment! The two girls at the front desk are amazing, super helpful and polite, especially the office manager. She always is able to solve my problems and email my paperwork with no concerns. The nurses are very knowledgeable and kind. Doctors seem friendly when I pass them in the hallway. Would recommend this to my friends and family in a heartbeat!

Treatment, Drs, bookings, etc. just not the same since Pinnacle took over. Docs are good but the front staff changes, policies, etc... You know the deal. Good docs though!

I applaud any healthcare workers who show up continuously at this present moment. My first experience was positive, with staff who are alert, attentive and polite. I am also very pleased with my new Dr. Pieter Meyer and his bedside manner. He is blunt and honest, but kind and caring; all of which I personally appreciate in a family physician. I appreciate all of your hard work guys. Thanks!

It's been an adjustment since our family doctor was moved into this building under Pinnacle. Originally I would only be waiting for 10 minutes in his waiting room and his receptionist was always flexible to work with us. Now I have to carve out 1-1.5 hours for an appointment because I wait for 30-40 minutes before being seen. A couple of days ago I waited again for 40 minutes with a busy toddler and 2 other people were sitting for the same doctor. I was referred to a new doctor as my regular one was unavailable that day and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience as a mother and will not be going back to him or recommend. I keep hoping that it will improve as we have been with our family doctor for over a decade, but it can get frustrating when the system doesn't feel as personable as it used to be.

To say I'm disappointed in this office is an understatement. I goto Dr. Steed and am absolutely happy with him as a family doctor. But as for the office staff, that's another thing. My in-laws moved to High River for the winter starting November 2021. I contacted this office to see if doctor Steed could take them on as patients. He couldn't as his practise is full. I understand that. So I went onto their website as directed and registered my mother in law to see a female doctor. She didn't hear back from them so I called the office to follow up. I was informed that the female doctor I had registered my mother in law with is no longer taking new patients. I questioned why their website said she was taking new patients then and why we didn't hear back from them in a timely manner. I was told that they were very swamped and that I should have just called them and not fill out forms online. There was nothing on their website stating this so I followed what I was told to do. But in the end they didn't look at my mother in laws requests in a timely manner and she missed out on being a patient of the new female doctor. They dropped the ball and she suffers. As a foot note......we were swamped too over this timeline, my father in law passed away unexpectedly. So we had to travel back to Saskatchewan to plan and have a funeral and do all the legal things that need to be done after someone passes away. To say the least we had our hands full too. But it wasn't us who didn't do our jobs. For the receptionist to tell me I should have called is putting her job responsibilities on me. Not cool at all.
