The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and a doctor who is thorough and gives the best care possible. I love my family doctor and when I'm not able to get in to see him I'm very happy to know that there is a place that I can go to get the same care that I would for my family doctor.

It was just a second opinion but he looked my up and down and asked me 3-4 deeply meaningful and personal questions regarding my health. Besides being a charming and handsome man ((completely irrelevant)), he clearly loves what he does and had I not already a GP, I would recommend ANYONE to go to this breath of fresh air. Dr. Mkhabela, you are a wonder of a man. The Clerics are also a godsend of kindness. Offering you coffee, tea and just pampering you. They are incredible people. Beautiful clinic with a beautiful view. Lisa, a cleric there is fantastic, friendly and effective. Thank you so much Lisa!

Three weeks ago, I was supposed to have 2 prescriptions faxed over to a specific pharmacy (Something my doctor has done for me time and time again easily and efficiently). Upon arriving at the pharmacy I was told they had never recieved my prescription. I checked back with the pharmacy a couple times and they still had not recieved my prescription that week. I then call the doctor's office and explain the situation, clarifying what medications I am waiting for. They look into it, and tell me it is now fixed. I thank them for fixing this issue for me. The next time I arrive at the pharmacy, they still have not recieved anything from my doctor. I call my doctor's office AGAIN, I clarify which 2 meds I am waiting on, and am told the exact same thing. They look into it, and tell me it's fixed this time for sure. They call me back about 30 minutes later and assure me that the prescription is now at the pharmacy for me to go pick up. I arrive at the pharmacy 3 hours later. THEY STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED ANYTHING . I really don't know what to do at this point as I have been in need of 2 different prescriptions for the past 3 weeks since the initial doctors appt. Thankfully the pharmacy was helpful and able to refill a long term prescription that I had for these medications on file. Currently as I write this, they are still waiting for a fax containing my prescriptions.
R	Rob Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disorganized clinic I’ve ever seen, they do not take COVID-19 serious! I moved my appointment that they called me for to virtual and I have been waiting over 2 hours! Call them and they explain to me that because I wanted virtual I’m at the bottom of the list for the day! So basically punished for taking COVID-19 seriously! They should behave there medicinal licenses pulled!

I made an appointment for 10 and was with a doctor by 10:20, not bad at all. The girl at the front desk was new so she was still learning and I had no problem being patient with her. Doctor gave me a referral to specialist quickly, and was very friendly. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt!

He has been my family doctor for at least 12 years and has given referrals to specialists to address some chronic issues that have resulted in improvements in my health. I love his positive energy and sense of humor. I highly recommend Dr Mkhabella and Premier Health Clinic.
