His straight-forward approach to patient care, coupled with his witty but gentle bedside manner makes each & every visit a true pleasure. I have been nervous to visit some physicians in the past, but since I have been seeing Dr. James, I've never been nervous or anxious for a Doctors visit, not even once. Brenda, his receptionist, is also amazing!! I absolutely love that I can usually get in for an appointment within the week, which is not something I've ever had before I became a patient of Dr. James. His professionalism & bedside manner cannot be beat! I just hope he doesn't retire anytime soon!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated Review: If you have the privilege of having Dr. Simon James as your doctor, you are very lucky! I am just about to be 24 years old and have been lucky enough to have him as my doctor nearly my entire life. He manages to make every visit just amazing. I walk in feeling stressed, but then I walk out with a smile on my face!
Dr. Simon James is an incredible listener, and he is extremely open minded and judgement free, while still maintaining full honesty as well. His humour makes everything feel better and no matter how big or small your problem may be, he will be there to listen and help.
Never in over 20 years of seeing Dr. Simon James has he ever made me feel uncomfortable, or tried to pressure me into taking any medications or anything that I wasn't 100% comfortable with. He knows people's boundaries and he respects them no matter what. He will lay out the best options/solutions for your situation and let you be the one to decide what route you want to take.
And most importantly, he truly cares about all of his patients. He doesn't just "do his job," he does so much more than that. He doesn't treat you like a patient, he treats you like a friend. Best doctor ever.
