I have been searching for a family doctor since I moved out here 3 years ago. I hope he gets a permanent placement some where soon so I can become a patient of his (keep me posted). I’ll ask for him every time.
S	Shannon Taggart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinnacle Medical Okotoks Westmount is a very friendly place. I see Dr. Dunne and she is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. My husband sees Dr. MacDonald and he is really happy with him: You rarely have to wait to be seen and you can get appointments very quickly. They are still accepting patients. I haven't been a clinic that gets you seen as quickly as this one! There are lots of negative reviews about the people at the front desk but I have only ever had positive experience with everyone here. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Right from the first meet and greet session, Dr. Hawman was welcoming, patient and listened to what we had to say. At a second appointment today, once again, Dr. Hawman was warm, kind and very considerate of my comfort while performing the examination. It is a great comfort to have a doctor who is compassionate, empathetic and who LISTENS to what I have to say without rushing me out the door. Thank you, Dr. Hawman. Also, thank you Alana at the reception for being courteous and efficient.
V	Vanessa Esau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give less than 1 star if it was possible. I’m looking for a new Physician as mine retired and closed their practice. I only had an appointment for a “Meet and Greet” and it didn’t even get that far. The younger receptionist with dark hair is horrible, she yelled my personal information to the entire room rather than printing the form and having me confirm my information confidentially off of the form. Also, it would be helpful if what was involved in a “Meet and Greet” was explained when the receptionist calls to schedule the appointment. It’s essentially a check up, so before you even decide if you want to go thIs Doctor, they have all your information which I did not trust would be kept confidential.There is a reason every other review on here is raving about how quickly they got an appointment....the office just isn’t that busy and there is obviously a reason for that. I would definitely not recommend, and I will be definitely going somewhere else. What a waste of time.

We were sitting there for 45 mins and still didnt see anyone. That’s not the easiest thing to do with a 2 year old. I am beyond angry…BEYOND ANGRY. And the waste of time

I've had good treatment from everyone here including the wonderful ladies up front, the friendly nurses, and the many knowledgeable doctors. Dr. Dulai is hands down the best doctor I've ever had, and she is a complete sweetheart of a person as well.

Missed out on thousands of dollars of pay to get my health in check. Was told to reschedule after they had me sitting in the room for 10minutes. Called ahead of time and was told it was alright that I was late. Apparently not. Changing doctors.
