★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really like this place for the most part; the staff are really nice and the Dr's seem great as well. Unfortunately 4 out of 5 times I call to make an appointment I get an answering machine. How this is even possible at a clinic is beyond me but it would be nice to not have to call multiple times to try and book an appointment. Also, if you actually manage to book an appointment over the phone it usually takes about two weeks.
Edit: called 3 more times today probably close to an hour apart each, 12:00, 1:00ish and now at 1:40 and not a single answer or any shred of evidence that anyone is even working there. I have to talk to my doctor about anxiety meds which is a pretty serious issue to not be able to get a hold of the clinic itself or even anyone there is inexcusable. Went to a walk in because of this last week. People need to be on the phone and if there isn't within the next month I will be finding a reliable doctors office. Removed one more star for absolutely nothing being done about this and it actually getting even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past number of years and when Dr is away, getting Rx refilled means playing phone tag with the office until you find out your Dr is away, then not being told policy of another covering doctor filling only 30 days, when your appointment is over that by a month to get Rx refilled.... And finding out when the pharmacy calls. It means more phone tag and paying moredmore fees. Add in a rude person on the phone and...... Frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Hanrasj has been my doctor for the past 3 years and I have never had any concerns. He really listens when you speak and will do everything he can to help.
He took my mother on as a patient and has helped her more in the past 2 years than any other doctor she has seen in the past 30 years. I don't think I could thank him enough for all her has done for her and for the huge weight he took off my family by getting her treatment. He is a wonderful doctor and I would recomend him to anyone.
