D	Dennis Falconer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why would anyone want to write a review on a doctor? I always went to whoever was nearest or closest. But then, I'm ex army, ex English (now proudly Canadian) and, until recently, ex cancer free. My story stayed on November 1st with what were thought to be kidney stones and ended on December 27th having my entire right kidney removed due to a potentially cancerous tumor. Throughout the whole process, Dr Coetzee, Natalie and Nicole managed my (many) questions, tolerated my on the spot requests to be seen and in the sanctity of the Doctors office, let me fall to pieces in dignity. They have been professionalism personified and shown such compassion that I could never say thank you enough. I cannot speak highly enough of this office and the people who work there.

I thoroughly enjoyed the office environment and the advantage of a smaller city's conveniences. My doctor has been pleasant and helpful over the years. Most recently I have tried to book an appointment to see the doctor and it seems to me that the hours have decreased since I've started doctoring at this clinic. I live in Okotoks and work in Calgary and thank goodness I have an understanding manager that offers me some flexibility or I would not be able to get an appointment at this clinic. They are only open until 3:30 from Monday to Thursday and until 2:30 on Fridays. No weekend hours and they take a lunch break on top of that. When you call on your lunch break to make an appointment you are asked to call back as they too are on a lunch break!! What kind of service is that!? My doctor has been away several long periods of time. I have seen 3 other doctors at this clinic due to the absences however I am not allowed to switch doctors. What is the point of having a family doctor and building that relationship? And people complain about Bankers Hours being so limiting - I wish I worked at this clinic as they seem to have "banker's hours' down pat! We are going to have to look for another clinic and doctor that offers a bit more flexibility for our family.

G	Guuar Art on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drive from out of town at the moment which is just how good both the secretaries and the doctors here are. Anyone giving a review saying the secretaries are an issue need to consider these two wonderful ladies are picking up that phone and speaking with over 100 people every day while also running the clinic smoothly. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment with Dr. Kubanski he’s always right on time. If you happen to land up in the hospital with a serious issue Dr. Kubanski will even call you to discuss what’s happening to ensure you are ok. I find they are very pro-active and not reactive which for a doctors office is extremely rare to find. We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kubanski and the other staff who have all helped us. I suffer with serious heart problems and without a reliable doctor like Dr. Kubanski my life would not be the same. Can honestly say we’ve never met a more caring and intelligent doctor. Anyone should be absolutely blessed to find physicians and a clinic such as this.

Over the phone the staff are usually cold and sassy. The customer service skills from front desk are almost non-existent when trying to book an appointment.
C	Carly Sefcik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors at this clinic are amazing. Dr Wilson is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever had, always hearing me and being patient with my concerns. Dr kubanski sees my children and he is also so great! We feel so lucky to be patients here!
K	Kelly Charron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor is amazing, he is very attentive and listens to all my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and helps work out a plan with me on everything I bring up. My only down fall with the clinic is it’s impossible to get through on the phone lines and booking/cancelling/ rescheduling appointment is almost impossible due to this. Also I do find the receptionists quite rude and cold. Not a great experience dealing with those two. However the doctors are amazing which is why I will continue to be a patient here.
