Kate at Dynamic worked with me to develop a stretching and exercise program which is improving my leg strength and flexibility. All the staff are courteous, professional and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to see Malyne for a shoulder injury a couple weeks ago. She was very thorough in her accessment and talked me through how to do every exercise for my recovery. Any questions I had about what I was/wasn't allowed to do she answered fully. Highly recommend her and if/when I get injured again I'll be coming back. Best experience with a physio so far.

On my doctor's recommendation I went to see Steve at Dynamic Physiotherapy. My treatment has concluded and I can't believe the difference. I'm so much better thanks to Steve and Ashley. Steve made up an exercise plan to do at home and Ashley made sure I knew how to do them properly. I am very grateful for their time and expertise, I can't recommend them enough!
