★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is incredible! All the staff are so professional and helpful. We are new to Okotoks and needed some help with a Samsung tablet. We left it and were called a couple of hours later for pickup. There was no charge! They are fair, personable and I would recommend if you need any tech help, they should be your go to place.

Very friendly conversation as he was installing the protector and afterwards. It is always a pleasure to work with anyone at Phonephix. Good job guys. I definitely recommend Phonephix for anyone looking for a great phone at affordable prices and other phone services.

It would have been convenient to know my phone was still on warranty and should be taken to the warranty provider though, it cost a lot more to fix than it really needed. But, the owner called after I put up a low rated review and apologized so I feel this is a good company all the way around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Samsung phone began to fail me out of nowhere, and I was unable to solve the issue on my own despite my best effort. I took it to Phonephix, and they were able to get things running back to normal in 15 minutes. The two staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and super easy to deal with, and were able to solve the issue. I was one step away from purchasing a new phone, and instead got a very affordable fix instead, that will hopefully extend the life of my current phone. Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a piece of wood stuck in my charger port so I couldn't charge my phone at all, I had just finished getting a haircut when I seen their sign and decided to go in and ask if they can get it out for me. My phone was fixed in less then a minute. They were very friendly and the atmosphere is incredible! Truly some very friendly people to deal with! I appreciate you very much thank you for fixing my phone
