Visions on McLeod wasn’t able to fit me in before I was suppose to sell the car but they found out that okotoks could. Great help and will be back for later installation into new vehicle!

R	Rick B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The positive; they have a good selection, pricing is competitive and the staff are friendly. The negative; although friendly, they're staff are pushy. I guess that's what commission based pay results in but it can be irritating. The store is a bit of a dump, I guess they're going for as low prices as possible so it's less like a staged store and more like a warehouse they dumped a lot of boxes in.

I emailed their manager about needing a dash cam for my vehicle and received a phone call within the hour from him. Went in and got a lot of great information and was able to get everything booked in short order. A week later I found the same item for significantly cheaper however without any hassle the staff in store refunded me the difference. I haven't had the unit installed yet however will update my review accordingly once I have dealt with their installation staff.
D	Don Mustard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan - 100%. I hadn't even been looking at purchasing from this store, but had looked up an open box price for a TV online. I called to see if I could purchase elsewhere and pick up at Okotoks location. Dan suggested I come to the store where he could arrange and he took care of the entire process - calling another to arrange transfer only to find out that they were inaccurately reporting their inventory. After much apologies and making the problem better, Dan called another store - found what I was looking for and arranged for me to be able to pick up next morning. This is what customer service is all about!! I'll be back

I recently just had a new deck and speakers installed and he kept me updated through the whole appointment to let me know how it was going as well as took the time afterwards to walk me through how my new deck works and set all the features up to my liking. Even such a small thing as setting up the time so it was right. Spencer has consistently gone above and beyond and had made a life long customer out of me. I refer all my friends to him. Thank you Spencer!!
