C	Claire Hubble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I decided to go inside to "look around" as we were waiting to be somewhere for a specific time. Bad Idea! I ended up falling for the tricks of getting this massive stuffed banana for my dog....she loves it though and I can't resist getting her something anytime I go into a petstore! The service was fantastic though!!! They have mostly everything you'd need for your pet, and the staff keep the place clean and organized (with sanitizer stations as well available). Great job! Thank you for staying open!
L	Linda Cable on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the staff are always very friendly but I don't like the fact that many times I have purchased items on sale, but when I get to the checkout they show up at the full price on the register. I bought some cans of cat food that were on sale still pricey even on sale, but came up at the regular price. I informed the girl they were on sale but she said she couldn't give them to me at the sale price! Then why put them on sale?? I thought she would have gone to check the price on the shelf but instead sighed like I was an annoyance ! It doesn't make you want to support this store.

As a frequent customer at PetSmart buying for my 3 pets I have never had any issues at this location. They've got everything from baby gates to live fish! If you're on the search for a specific hard to find product for your pet you will probably find it here! But be warned, it won't come cheap. Unfortunately, prices at most pet stores are off the charts, making it difficult to take care of your pets on a small budget. Shop wisely! Find all the bargains and take advantage of the point system PetSmart has set up for frequent customers. After a certain amount of items have been bought you will receive points in place of money connected to your phone number or email! You can then use these points to lower the price of an item you're buying on another visit. It's a very helpful system!

F	Flavia Olivos Galvez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my dog to the Okotoks groomers for a puppy cut on Saturday, March 6. This was the second time that I took my puppy to Petsmart groomers. The first time was at Mackenzie Petsmart (see picture below with the bandana) It was really good, so I imagined this time would be the same experience. Although the lady was nice, when I got my dog back he looked very different and did not smell nice. They cut his face too short, close to his eyes, and he was crazy scared. For a few days he did not act like himself, like he was not treated well there. Also, from that day his eyes have been really red. I don’t know if it is because of the shampoo or what. He also didn't get a bandana in the end. (2 pictures from okotoks groomer below). Overall I’m very disappointed and I hope other puppies won’t experience the service my puppy experienced. I will not be taking him here again

I am a crazy dog mom, and Hugo is my emotional support animal, but every time I drop him off with Lilian I know he’s well taken care of and loved. And every time I pick him up he looks amazing! His hair is cut to perfection. She is the full package! So kind hearted, and talented! I’m so lucky she has been our groomer for almost 3 years now!
