★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed after reading other reviews. I felt like employees were lazy and inattentive. In an empty store I was made to wait for an empty dogwash for my appointment time. I thought it was because they needed to clean it and show me where things were but nope,at my appointment time an employee shouted to go ahead from behind the counter. I was expecting someone to show me how to use things if it wasn't obvious so I went ahead and washed my dog. After towel drying him I went to use a dryer and couldn't find a hand dryer but there was a taped up vacuum hose coming from the wall with a sign over it saying'do not use mop, employees will clean up' so I guessed that was a vacuum for the employees to clean hair. I went to pay with my still wet dog and asked if there was a dryer he told me in an annoyed voice that the vacuum was the dryer, no apology for not showing me around when I got there, no offer to show me now, just an annoyed tone. So we left.
I don't think I will be shopping here again :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No t sure why all theses last reviews are so negative, the staff there are doing everything they can to ensure customers and myself have great experiences. They have awesome staff that put up with a lot of rude people.
I have seen theses difficult times wear on everyone just a little compassion for the workers on the front line. They are people and need to be treated as such not yelled at or treated as less.
They are being asked to follow their companies policies and so don't blame them when you have to wait for your dog wash or have to wear a masks or sanitize your hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dog wash is convenient and easy to use. Good selection of included shampoos and conditioners for the $10.50 but you have to book your 45 minutes ahead of time. Huge selection of foods and accessories with helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love bringing the pup up here to bathe. They provide the shampoo and conditioner in the cost of the bath. Large tubs that you don't need to be on your knees to use (such as at home). Definitely recommend for when uou need to bathe Fido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pet wash station here is so nice!! I love how clean and accessible it is - so much better than bathing the pups at home. The shampoos smell so good and Bosley’s provides everything you need including a towel to use! The staff here are always nice!
