S	Stephanie Haight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal service. I've honestly never experienced this before. We were seated for more than 20 minutes and no came to our table or even acknowledged us. A waitress served food to the table beside us (and I mean RIGHT beside us, like 18 inches between our elbows) and even returned to that table twice without even making eye contact with us. The restaurant was less than half full and the wait staff had time to chat beside the computer so didn't appear to be busy. We got up and left. We wouldn't have minded slow service, but no service? Brutal.
P	P A Leunac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time to freshen up the menu! Was here 9 years ago and they haven’t changed a thing. Had the West Coast chop salad again and it looked like compost…so drenched in dressing it had a big puddle of it at the bottom.

I completely understand when restaurants are having a busy night, no worries at all, but I was waiting for my food for a good 20ish minutes and by the time I got home (I live under 10mins away) it was cold and the meat was dry when I went to eat it! Not worth the money tonight :(
J	Jason Russell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here on Saturday night at around 4:45 pm in an effort to beat the rush. We were seated with our menus (party of 3). We looked at the menu and decided what we wanted to order. We waited 20 additional minutes past the 5 minutes plus we browsed the menu and did not receive a visit from our server to order drinks or ask if we were ready to order. Capacity was less then 30 percent and we had a couple servers pass our table a few times. We left and went to another nearby restaurant we frequent on a weekly basis with much delight. The phrase comes to mind "why change a good thing". We will not attempt another visit to this location or give positive recommendations although we have eaten at other Original Joes establishments with enjoyment. The lower 3.9 rating compared to other restaurants in the area and high number of negative reviews should have been the heads up.
S	Sharon Rambo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the server was friendly, the charges for certain foods was way too high, a single small slice of garlic bread was $2.50 , the soup was ok but not worth the $2.50 charge extra for a small cup. The buffalo chicken wrap was good. The price for that was reasonable,just missed the fact that they charged extra for the soup. This was my error . Others in my party did not enjoy the French onion soup.

There was 3 of us and I would have to say for 3 dinners and drinks we had the tab was very reasonable. Defiantly will be eating here again.

I don't expect exciting flavours or options here, but if that's what you're looking for then this is a great place! The food is satisfying and filling and enjoyable, and the service is good! Great quality restaurant!
S	Shawna Linn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should be called Unoriginal Joe's. I took my two kids out for a late lunch here. Nice layout, nice and spacious, upscale restaurant perfect for 20s - 50's crowd. The menu appeals to pretty much everyone. Lots of choices. From Asian-inspired cuisine to good old fish n chips....or even kid friendly chicken strips. Ok service. Delicious slightly dirty Caesars and standard pricing. One problem is the portion sizes. We got 15 tasteless fries... Not even salted. And after inquiring if that was normal, the server graciously brought out another plate of fries for us. The burger was small and nothing special. A&W is more impressive honestly. My fish tacos were alright but again... Not a lot of flavor. My daughter had chicken tenders and they were again... Devoid of flavor. If you want drinks and appies this is a good place for it. For a great dinner I wouldn't bother. Nothing Original about this food or venue.
