She retorqued my wheels and gave me some important information about another vehicle , I was enquiring about.
Kelsey works at the Kal Tire vacility on the Notre Dame Drive.
You really do a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad. The prices seem to be high. They do a good job though, I guess. The wait time is a downside. I booked an appointment for oil change. They need 2.5 hours to change the oil. No clue why?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying to get my tires shipped up to Prince George for a month for my seasonal tire change and now they are missing. I gave the store # and address I wanted it to be sent to in early April, but unfortunately they still created the work order and shipment to a different KalTire store. Interestingly, neither store in Prince George can access the work order. I was told it was finally being shipped two weeks ago and should arrive soon. Call to check today and Kamloops store can't find my tires nor any shipment and are looking into it. I'm really thankful for the help of Keenan up in PG calling and investigating and trying to get answers because it has been such a long/difficult process just to get my tires changed. Im not upset just annoyed and catching second hand embarrassment at the dichotomy between these stores. At this rate I'll be back in Kamloops for the Summer by the time they send my tires to #96 in PG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked Kal Tire in Thunder Bay but this one really isn't up to the same standard. I bought 4 winter tires and rims a month or so before winter time. Once winter came I figured I wouldn't be charged for the swap as it seemed to be in the original bill, but I was. So be it I figured as that is the way some businesses choose to run. They then accidentally overcharged me $85. They did correct it promptly once I noticed. I also don't understand why it takes almost 2 hours to take 4 wheels off and put 4 wheels on which are already balanced when I have an appointment and showed up on time. Lastly, when I had lined up and was told by a lady she would be right with me, another person ignored the line, walked up to her, she asked if it was a quick one and he said yes he wants his wheels torqued. So she went to do that and left us folks that actually lined up to wait for someone else. Nothing major but all things added together makes it a pretty average experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a few sets of tires from this business. They have high quality tires. The staff is very good and they know tires. The sales don’t just sell u anything being a EV driver they reccomend quality tires. Free rotations and retourging. Yes i will keep buying tires here…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Matt and Nick for their great assistance. I had brought my car in as I had a slow leak, the team fixed it no problem as the issue was the bead seal. But 3 weeks later the pressure started to go down again on the same tire, so I brought it back and they replaced the valve stem free of charge. Unfortunately, the same tire started to lose pressure after another 3 weeks, so they managed to fit me in on a busy Monday. Turns out I also had a screw in the tire, which they fixed free of charge. Somehow I managed to hit the trifecta of tire pressure issues in the span of 6 weeks, but they only charged me for the 1st repair. Thanks for the help, you've got a customer for life now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed with them. They tried to take advantage of me and rip me off. They told me my breaks and rotors needed changing but when I got a second opinion they were just no where near needing to be replaced. They were going to charge triple what it was worth as well.
They also put on the new tire but didn’t check the alignment.My car was totally unsafe to be driving and they didn’t mention it at all. They also just threw my spare tire in my trunk rather than replacing back where it came from under the car. Absolutely never going to them again. This review is only to warn people to be careful, especially if you’re a young female or don’t know a lot about cars.
