I was helped by Norm who is the gettleman you speak to when you want a sprinter van. Had a lot of questions it took up a fair bit of his time but I must say I got great service and knowledgeable answers to all my questions. I have had some bad experiences with other dealers in Kamloops with service and sales but this dealership is top notch. Blake is an amazing salesperson that makes sure you're happy. I purchased this car on Nov, 12, just before the big storm which wiped out the routes from the lower mainland to the interior of BC. I had chosen to leave my car there as I wanted to get a full set of winter tires on it as I would be driving the Coquihalla on a regular bases. I requested that the Victoria dealership make arrangements for a carrier to bring my car to Kamloops once the new tires were mounted and installed. Once that was completed, I contacted the local dealership to see if they would receive my car from the carrier as they do not deliver to private address. I thought it would be something that they would accommodate as they would be getting a new vehicle to be serviced by them. They informed me, as well as the Victoria dealership that because they did not facilitate the sale of the car they would not receive the car for the couple of hours from delivery to me picking it up. I will not take my new car to them, I will go else where. As a person who always believed that the brand of Mercedes was an honourable one, I have to say that this particular dealership does not live up to that image. My little review will not affect their business but at least I was able to express myself

Being from Alberta it's very important to me to get a vehicle in decent condition to pass the out of provance inspection and both cars have passed the inspection with no issues whatsoever. Communication is also critical in this case as you want to know as much as possible about the vehicle. Norm and Blake, thank you for answering all my questions and provided all information, pictures, and documents I needed. Once again, Thank you Norm for the detailing tips and some elbow grease you had to put to make my Benz looks better! Thank you Black for the personalized video!

C	Chloe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a certified pre owned Mercedes SUV this year, on the drive home from pickup- check brake pad wear light came on, turns out no brakes left. Took it to the closest shop , all 4 breaks needed to be done, less than 3mm left on front and back was worse and was dangerous to drive. I was told by the dealership it was fine to drive and all brakes didn’t need to be replaced only 1 pad. I then took to a few other shops to confirm this was true and again was told they all need to be done. I was told the full brakes need to be replaced you never just replace the pad. The whole brake needs to be changed so it all has the same wearing, they need to have matched surfaces or will cause issues, makes sense. Replacing just the pads could be done on a beater commuter car but not on a fairly new Mercedes Benz. I was laughed at by these shops for thinking otherwise. Its believed that the car wasn’t fully inspected before It was sold from the previous trade in. Oh well, I paid the expected hefty bill for all new brakes. I was reimbursed about 1/2 from dealer, but was hung up on and the situation was not dealt with most professionally. Fast forward about a month later, check engine light is on, 2 codes are needing fixing. No response from dealership. There was also some personal documents from the previous owner in the trunk mesh storage part left behind.Beware.
