The "Heritage" flooring they sold me was made up of 144 pieces of solid oak flooring only 12 inches long. Approx. 256 pieces 18 in. Long. 48, 5 foot pieces were the longest pieces i received. Sold in 7 foot boxes. This is for a room 260 sq ft. I was told my expectations were too high and I should expect "random" lengths. My contractor told me I should be angry . My friends and colleague thought it was outrageous too. I was able to get a refund except for the shippping price back to alberta.All the sales staff towed the corporate line that my expectations were hig and had stories of the wood floors they installed with little bits of flooring rather than reasonable lengths.

Dropped off the old one to get machined, was told it would be ready in the following week. 3-4 weeks later when I got a truck to pick it up, I show up and apparently no deposit was put down and the door isn't even ready. Will never come back and will also be going through my credit card statements to make sure I didnt get scammed.
M	Michael Rodas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of online presence. Difficult to compare prices of tools and accessories with other stores. Would always have to go to the store. A reply to your reply: I very much appreciate that. But I think that the expertise and experience of staff (or at least professional opinion), can still be expressed in some of your items like clamps, forstner bits, router bits, saws, glue stains, and other woodworking items and accessories. I think that can be done with reviews, ratings and etc or any other creative way it can be expressed.
D	Don Macarthur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We don't often use Windsor Plywood for work related items as they do not take AMEX, which is our corporate card... though this is not our issue. Our issue is that last week one of our team came in to get slat board cut and the measurements were given as needed. The associate cutting the boards cut in the opposite direction, meaning that several of the boards were not useful for us. Today another of our colleagues went in to bring the incorrect boards to Windsor's attention and get them recut. The associate at the front counter seemed inconvenienced at this as did the associate cutting new boards when he was told twice what quantities of board were needed. The fellow cutting seemed a bit frustrated when we pointed out that we needed 2 of a board he only cut one of. If an associate is not going to listen to a customer then I suggest you save your frustration for yourself for AFTER you deal with the customer. 4 years ago we got slat board cut here and it was all cut incorrectly then too. Thankfully the staff seemed friendlier and more eager to correct their mistake then than they do today. I'd recommend shopping at Home Depot, Rina or Home Hardware before Windsor Plywood, unless you cannot find what you need at the other stores first.

Argued with me saying : "There are signs all over the place" and " The policy comes from Head office". Rolled her eyes and sighed when I asked to speak with the person responsible for the store. I told her that I needed to use the washroom and that I needed to leave if I couldn't use their's. I said that I'll buy the mouldings from Home Depot if I have to go there to use the washroom. She said "that's fine" I went to Home Depot and used their washroom and spent 728 dollars on mouldings. Why would I return to Windsor Plywood?

The initial ordering was great, but when it came to the glazing and missing/broken parts the customer service was non existent. I’m going to be building soon and will definitely not be getting my windows there, very disappointed.

So far we easily returned a wood shelf, ordered a modern front door (which we received right away) and David kindly came out to measure and check our interior doors. It’s all been a great experience and I really like the quality of products they sell, the store layout makes it easy to find what you’re looking for! Great team, great products - wish I’d known about them sooner!
