Amazing work. Would hire again.

In summary: not only was the representative of the company totally unreliable but our original problem was never fixed. Now after more than eight months we are out over a $1000 and will have to pay more to get a competent and professional individual to actually fix the problem. Read on for a detailed account. My husband and I phoned Limestone City Home Improvements in the Fall of last year. We explained to the representative of this company that we had a leakage problem behind our eaves-troughs which was causing various problems around our house. After visiting our house, he informed us that the only fix was new eaves-troughs and provided us with a quote. He returned within the month to install seamless eaves-troughs. Part way through the installation he informed me that the job was more extensive than he anticipated and would also have to replace another component of our eaves-troughs which increased the price. Having little other choice I agreed to the price increase. During the next rainfall, after the new eaves-troughs had been installed, we noticed that the leaks were still there. We phoned the representative, who, a few phone calls later came and assessed the problem and informed us that though it had nothing to do with his eaves-troughs (though we had specifically asked him to fix the leaks) he would be by to fix it. Months later and many broken appointments and phone calls later, I got him on the phone June 12, 2012 for what I believed would be the final time when he would actually come by and fix the leaks. During the phone call when I mentioned that the leakage was now as bad as before he started to get angry and told me that roof issues were not his problem (our original phone call was asking him to fix this exact leakage problem which he said he would fix and his website says "can take on any number of challenges, including roof work"). He started raising his voice at one point saying, "Now I am getting angry." Luckily, at that point my husband had arrived home and I handed him the phone.The man continued yelling, we explained that we had phoned him originally to fix this leakage problem he kept saying he had given us new eaves-troughs and that was enough. He couldn't seem to understand that we had never asked for new eaves-troughs but for a solution to the leaks and that new eaves-troughs were his solution. He was unwilling to either fix the problem now or apologize for wasting both our time and money. We are a low income family and this represented a large investment into our first home it's very disappointing to not only be yelled at but to also have nothing to show for that money.

We called this company (on a referral ) and it took months for them to show up for the job. Health reasons was the excuse for not being able to meet the appointments. They did the job and then requested the payment to be partially made in cash as he was having financial problems. We discovered after the first rainstorm the water ran on the inside of the gutters. We contacted the company and the owner (Terry) said he installed the gutter over the drip edge, as it was easier to do it that way, plus he promised to come out ASAP to fix the gutters on the house and the garage. No show. After repeated attempts at making appointments and never showing up he just hung up on us when we contacted his number. Since June he hasn't answered his number nor has he delivered on his promise. In no way would we ever recommend his services, as he does terrible work, doesn't repair his work, lies, costs to repair this problem will be high. Winter is coming and the way the gutters are installed on the buildings they'll cause more problems when it freezes.
