Snowblower was picked up, repaired and returned within 48 hours of first phone call. Shirley was friendly, helpful and efficient. Price was much less than expected.

I have a 1025R purchased from Green Tractors. It experienced an outside-of-warranty issue. To make a long story short, despite not having to cover the repair, Green Tractors did. Randy, my salesman and Shirley and the rest of the service team, Adam (et al), decided, as a business, to help me out by not charging anything. Despite the repair being expensive, they helped me though they did not have to. For me, Green Tractors is the essence of ALL life in the universe as we know it today regarding customer service and customer care! Seriously, they ARE outstanding.

If you’re looking to get ripped off and taken advantage of, this is your place to go! I am so disappointed with the service provided to my family, as customers for 15yrs I expected better. When the account holder passes away and the widow is having problems with the tractor, don’t promise her that you’ll help her out and take care of her and then give her a $400 bill after holding onto the machine for 4 weeks claiming you don’t know what is wrong. Truly upsetting, I don’t recommend their services.

I would not trust this dealer. I went in to ask about fixing a bent pto shaft it was only half the shaft that was bent. They gave me a ballpark of $100. Said they had a piece of shaft from another job so it wouldn’t be much and they would call in a day or two. So far so good. Got a call two days later and was told over the phone it was ready for pick up and the cost was $107 great, went to pick it up and was told oh they didn’t have all the material on the invoice originally and the bill was now $302. This is a light duty pto shaft for a finishing mower. You can buy a complete new shaft for less than that…This is where things went downhill. Was told too bad the bill was the bill and that was a deal because the shaft material wasn’t charged just labor and the plastic sleeve. I begrudgingly paid the bill and took the shaft home and it didn’t work the two piece would not slide together. I called and was told the other half may have had something wrong with it and for another few hundred they could repair that half. I explained again why would I pay more to fix a shaft than the cost of a new one. Then I explained I run a large business and if my staff told a customer a price we would honor it, Since they didn’t was their anything they could do to make it right helping out with the other piece of shaft and making it work. Answer was no they had already given me a deal and if I wanted it to work to bring in the other half they would look at it but likely the same price as the first half. I explain why would anyone pay 2-3 times the price of a new one to fix an old one with use universals locking connectors etc when I could have bought new off the shelf for less? they insisted that was not the case. Well I can tell you I bought a slightly heavier duty complete shaft at Kubota in Harrington for $240 tax in. So I’m out 300 bucks fixing half a pto shaft that didn’t solve my issue and is now just scrap. The $300 isn’t going to change my world but they are out more. I explained I was interested in getting a new tractor but after this I wouldn’t consider them nor would I deal with them on anythingUs I was with them moving forward. I was then told I would also be put on file as a problem customer. They wouldn’t want either… so I guess one thing is mutual. I was speaking directly to the GM of the store and being a business person myself I gave them the opportunity to help me out and make it right. But they had no interest in that. Thanks if you want good service and honesty you won’t find it here. If you bleed green than I would suggest getting a blood transfusion or finding another dealer to work with. Thanks

I work at Rona Home and Garden and i am a dealer of John Deere products, I have never experienced such great customer service. Adam the service manager and James in the parts department treated me extremely well and got everything i needed for replacements within a week. On behalf of Rona, i strongly recommend doing business through Green Tractors. Excellent service, kept me posted on when they ordered my product and how long it was going to take. Very impressed. Thanks again guys.

UPDATE - After having issues with several tractors. Steve from Green Tractors contacted me and took it upon himself to personally see that the issues got resolved. So far I am happy with the effort they are making to resolve these problems.
