After 20 mins of waiting for someone to assist with pricing information, an employee came upstairs and relunctantly answered my questions. He also informed me that the tile I was looking at could not go on the wall even though it’s intended for that use. As an interior designer, I’m always looking for go-to stores I can rely on for good product. Unfortunately, the rude and ill informed service I received will deter me from ever returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that I’m doing gas & propane I don’t go as often, but I’ve been many times and they have a lot of different materials and supplies.
If you haven’t been there, and you’re doing landscaping or construction you should check them out. They’re not the cheapest place in town, and they don’t have a gazillion items like HD or Rona but if you’re Trades they’ve got a lot, and staff that can tell you if that’s what you really need to get the job done. At least that’s my experience. And the general public is welcome too!
And they deliver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased special order product but needed to return it. I was prepared for the restocking fee. I even understand the freight charge to return it. However, Rigneys also charged me the freight they paid to get it here. To me this is a cost of doing business. The bottom line is if I had ordered from other places there would likely only have been a 10% restocking fee and likely no freight. Lesson learned.

I understand that you are not allowed into the store, totally acceptable but the only way you can browse or decide what you want/need is on the web site. Not a good experience.
Sorry but honest. I love the store but the web page is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot believe the level of customer service I received when picking out interlock for a small project. Claudio took the time to answer all of my questions and despite Covid restrictions was able to show me several products outdoors to select from. Very thankful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have an expensive re-stocking fee if you need to take anything back. I’m sorry Rigney, but free returns are the way of the world these days. If you need me, I’ll be at HOME DEPOT where returns are free and no questions asked.
