I like Lowe's. Good prices and wide selection. I felt this way until today when I overheard a male employee ask a women if she needed help, when she said "joked" that he was going to have to page her husband to help her. Not impressed.

I was looking for quarter round. Isaac, from that department, was extremely helpful in selecting the wood, wrapping it and assisting me getting it safely loaded into the car. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lowes is now my "go to" store.

I ordered a Akdy range hood from Lowe’s after reviewing lots of different options and brands and seems like the best option for us. Not hooked up yet but looks real nice to see besides a online photo. More reviews to come once it’s installed.

I had made an online purchase of a gas fire pit table. I was awaiting an email to advise me it was ready for pick up, but being in town, I thought i would drop in to inquire. The order was not processed yet, but from their customer service desk to the lady in the seasonal department (wish i knew her name) they jump through hoops for us to leave with unit. Execptional service all the while they were very busy. Thank you, we will be back to support this store

When I have a staff member tell me that lumber does not exist yet 20 minutes later I have bought it elsewhere and loading it there is something wrong! This staff member also insisted I never bought this at Lowe's. Well I do not care how long you have worked at "Lowe's"! But when I tell you I have expertise that supersedes every dept you should then maybe listen before the lecture. No matter what planet you are on 10 feet is a common length. But you can be assure your not as bad as another store which told me to "re-do the project"! Telling me they didn't have it would have sufficed for this store. In the end I went to Rona actually and they had 2 pallets of what was common stock! They in fact had the rest of what was lacking.They also had trucks loading wood and yet there was no one at Lowe's!!! Do Not Ever Correct a Customer especially when they know the building industry! Perhaps Management will do something as I left a message with name at the store. This would start with knowing your inventory. As for the staff who said he has worked there 7 years. My response is I bought cement blocks off of that site last in 1991 long before Lowes ever was thought of. Over 30 years ago. My point is I will not return nor should I for being treated badly. Would this staff member ever think of "ordering" the item which is common? Would he think of going to management to stock the item which is common? And lastly perhaps find the manager instead of attempting to handle what he could not when the customers request was for in fact the manager. Thanks

After mistakes and a little deception by our salesman a manager took over our purchase and more than made up for his salesmans incompetence . We ended up being really happy with our buying experience at Lowes Kingston On.

Hi. I am one of your recent customers who bought a washer and dryer and got it delivered and installed on 04/10/21. Firstly shout out to Chris from the appliances department who gave us good customer service. He was attentive to our needs, wears a smile all the time and was pleasant in the words he used. However the same cant be said for the delivery and installation guys. First and foremost they were complaining non-stop from the moment of unloading the items from their truck. E.g There was not enough space to carry the items through the parking space, they do not have the items required for installation and etc. In addition, they did not turn on the knobs for the hot and cold water pipes connected to the wall, resulting in the washing machine not being able to generate water during the wash. So the poor wife and I have to drag out the heavy stacked machines, squeeze between the small space we created, and turn it on. Thank god it worked out in the end. However, the inefficiency of your staffs just caused us unnecessary inconvenience, trouble, wasted time and energy. Please do review this case and improve your post-purchase customer service standards. I am utterly disappointed by this incident and hope to have a more pleasant experience in the future. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.

Lowe's really had our backs !!! Last fall we ordered via Lowe's, Mr Marble shower base, walls and a vanity top. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ron Lance in the plumbing department. Ron was amazing to deal with, he was professional, courteous and he was really attentive to details. The product was a little delayed but arrived just a few days before our 5 month trip down south. The day before leaving, we opened the boxes and noticed that the wrong colour base had been sent and one of the walls had a defect. Right away, in a panic, we contacted Ron and explained the problem and our situation. Ron contacted Mr. Marble and other parties involved and was quick to re-assure us not to worry, he would take care of getting everything fixed. They re-ordered the correct parts, held on to them till we returned and the first week we returned, they delivered the correct parts and picked up the old ones. WOW it does not get any better than that. THANK YOU Lowe's for the exceptional service and for having such great staff like Ron. You should be proud.
