★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday (Oct 31.) around 2pm on Gardiners Rd. near the entrance of the 401 heading East, I was cutoff and almost hit by one of the NAPA drivers in the little white car. He raced past everyone in the left lane and proceeded to push his way in and made me have to slam on my brakes and scare my Wife and Child in the car. Driving like this is unacceptable and given that you are a representative of the company you should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here several times for auto parts and have been satisfied with the service and the quality of the parts. The service here is better than the parts staff at the local Mazda dealer so I try to get as much as I can here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to get something fixed and it was a warranty case too. They really did everything they could as fast as they could and always explained every step for us.
Beside that they are all super friendly!!
We are so happy we stopped there accidently!
Definitly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff with a good stock of parts at their location. I was in a pinch for a large battery for my skid steer just before heavy snow was hitting the area, and I need d that battery ASAP. The gentleman at the counter had the right battery at a better price than other stores. And he gave me a deal on it as well. Cheers to this NAPA store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ahead to verify they had the correct part. They said they would have it set aside at the counter for me. I live 40 mins away arrived later and no one seemed to eager to help or knew what I was talking about. Sold me the part and after a couple hours or frustration fighting to install it I realize they sold me the wrong one ( wrong engine even though I clearly stated what I needed over the phone). Drove back in again.. no apology no acknowledging they screwed up causing me major frustration. I'll do my best to avoid doing business there.
