★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael, was great in answering my questions about ordering and pick up, Caroline and Amanda were great to deal with when picking up my order. All three were professional, friendly, helpful and honest. I have dealt with them in the past and have always had a 100% customer service experience.
Through the pandemic they have really made sure everything is done professional and fast.
I give them 100% and hope to deal with them again soon.
Great job guys, and I appreciate everything you are doing during the pandemic, making sure I can and other people get the products they need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When Mary Ellen said I wouldn’t be returning these pillows she was right. As a side sleeper I have a hard time finding a pillow that doesn’t give me tension headaches. The wellpur eiken pillow is AMAZING! Thank you Mary Ellen for recommending the pillow for me :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by yesterday to pick up a loft bed I had been eyeing up, that had finally gone on sale. I dealt with Michelle, who was exceptional to work with! I ended up picking up one of the floor model’s at an even further discounted price, and she helped me get set up with Flexiti. This made my life so much easier as I had an unexpected car repair come up so this certainly eased my financial stress. Michelle provided an excellent customer service experience and I highly recommend anyone to shop with her! I left with the biggest smile on my face and will definitely be back!

It was just her and I at the front of the store at that time and she immediately asked me if I needed assistance and came and helped me find just the right item for this gift basket. She was awesome to deal with.

Took the time to help me chose the right flower pots for my deck and was very helpful in all aspects of my experience at this store. She is what first class customer service is all about!

She made time for me to help and wait for to make up my mind and she gave me very good advice as well. I would recommend Jenn. She is a great person and is very confident in what she does. She is sunshine and rainbows in her store
