I recently received excellent service at this Kingston store. I had to return a heated throw that had quit working. The manager and her staff, made it so easy and I was able to order another one, which is arriving tomorrow. I will definitely continue to shop here again!

They told me something l didn't know. You can try out a pillow and if you don't like it, Return it. Which we did Hassel free.

I went to the bed bath and beyond in Kingston and the staff was so helpful. Specifically Lynn. I was able to find everything I needed, and considering I have no eye for design, she really helped me pick things out that went well together. The experience was made easy thanks to Lynn and it was quick! I would shop at the Kingston Bed Bath and Beyond again.

I ordered on line from a registry. I paid to have it gift wrapped. It was not. I contacted them online. It took on hour to wait to "chat." I would never buy anything online from them again.

I ordered a product online. It did not arrive in the estimated time frame for shipping. When I followed up 3 weeks later the said the item was not picked up by the carrier and is now out of stock. In the 3 week time frame no one communicated with me. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

This review is for Bed Bath & Beyond the online and not specifically the local store. On the weekend I had made an order for coffee pods. The estimated delivery time was today. In the past when this particular item I ordered didn’t arrive on time and the status stated it had not been picked up by the carrier I waited for approximately 7 days before calling . Back then I was informed the item was never picked up. The item was reordered by the customer service rep and my item was delivered within a few days. Seeing a similar pattern with this item I called the customer service number today rather than waiting a week. The woman was kind and called FedEx to find out about the status. She then stated that now the expected delivery was between tomorrow and next week. Apparently the item is in Atlanta? Not sure how it would be here tomorrow. When I questioned the fact that the website does not state it’s an international item I was hung up on. I called back and asked for a supervisor but just got the runaround from a condescending male rep. Their policy is very confusing, misleading and lacks any pertinent information. I definitely won’t use their online ordering and will most likely steer clear of their brick and mortar.

Went there for the first time today and picked up a foot spa. I phoned ahead and they had one left and they held it for me at the front desk. There was sanitizer and social distancing was being practiced by all. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
