This is not a direct review of the Kingston Badboy, as I actually had a good experience buying my TV stand from them. But placed an order online afterwards for furniture that would match my TV stand and it has been the worst experience I have ever had, and I have had some doozys. Where do i even start? Three months ago on September 3rd, I placed an order for the Dorrinson coffee table and end table. After over THREE months of waiting, it arrived on December 16th, DAMAGED. I first noticed the coffee table had two big chips marks on the top when I went to put it together. At that point, I called the Kinston store to ask how to proceed with getting a replacement. They gave me the email of someone is warranty and told me to send them photos of the coffee table. I proceeded to do this. Afterwards, I opened the end table and began to put it together thinking, "Both products can't possibly be damaged right?" Well, the joke was one me because the damage to the end table was worse. First I noticed the entire thing was covered in white wood glue. Then I see the top of the end table had two very large, deep scratches in it that someone in production clearly tried to cover with some black, tarry substance that didn't match the wood grain. At this point I informed the person I was emailing that both products were damaged to which they replied that they would be replacing both table tops with no estimated time of arrival. I have already waited 3 months and now I have to wait some unknown amount of time for replacements. I asked for a refund to which they replied "All sales are final" and never answered another email I sent. I also provided my phone number and asked this person to call me, which they ignored. I also attempted to call them and was left with their voicemail numerous times. I finally got in touch with another representative today that repeated all the same things, "You will get your replacements but we don't know when" and "All sales are final." I don't want replacements. I would like my money back and to never have to deal with this company ever again. I can't believe such an atrocious product could actually be sold to a customer and then be unable to be returned. I have also come to find out that stores in my area have this product in stock on their shelves, but now I am stuck waiting and waiting on a horrible company such as Lastman's Badboy to replace the products I purchased THREE months ago. Just goes to show, large companies are quick to take your money but don't care about their customers when all is said and done.

Absolute garbage place to deal with. We ordered a freezer online at the beginning of January and sadly, had to cancel a few hours later. Here it is March 7th and still have not got our refund. 45 minute hold times and when you get through, they pass the buck and promise call backs. You guessed it. No one does. You get a lame excuse such as they are short staffed in the refund department. We have all the phone records and will be taking this to BBB. We will also be warning as many as possible not to do business with this lame company.

Ordered a stove on November 7th to be picked up at the end of Nov. It's now mid January and we've been told it's coming next week each week since then. On my last phone call with them I explained we've been stuck using a microwave this whole time and I need to know how much longer or I would like to get a refund. Lady on the phone with me laughed at me and told me she isn't responsible for the stove's delivery and said all sales were final.

Ordered and a paid in full for a bed frame the first week of October 2021 that showed in stock. It is now the middle of February 2022 and have still yet to hear or receive our item. I have called and emailed multiple times without response. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will never be ordering from Bad Boy again.

Paid full price for a dining room set in October 2021. It is now March and still no dining room set. Every time we phone for an update it's "oh, it will be in within 2 weeks". They've been saying this for months. Also, they can process a payment instantly but it's a lengthy process for a refund. Managers chose not to return calls when requested. Nothing but bad experiences and poor customer service with this place. Save your money and frustration and shop literally anywhere else in Kingston. Update: After months of waiting for dining room set, they finally delivered the CHAIRS ONLY. No table. Said they were going to charge us storage fees for the chairs being at the warehouse. Promised the entire set would be delivered today. Lies! Demanding FULL refund today and taking our business elsewhere.

Ordered a 2000$+ couch in January and they told me it’ll be delivered in March and if I pay in full it will get delivered faster. It just got 2 weeks delayed and I wanted to cancel but they won’t let me get my money back. It is not my fault they don’t deliver on time and should be held accountable, I want my money back. Avoid at all costs, read the terms carefully before you sign. I am disputing the charge to my credit card company. This is fraud. Update: Emailed them according to the reply below and didn’t get any response. Please stay away from this company.

Worst service I have ever experienced from a business. Ordered a bedroom set in middle of January that was in stock and it finally arrived in middle of March. We opened the box to find out it was badly damaged. We called the store and were told to email pictures to warranty dept who assured us a replacement was in stock and would be delivered in 2 weeks. In middle of April they told us it was a manufacturing delay and weren’t sure when we would get replacement. We asked for a refund and they said all sales are final. We never heard back from them again. I will never buy another product from this company.

We had ordered a new dining room set in August, 2021 online. It arrived but the table top was badly damaged. Head office told us a new top would arrive in December. Still nothing as of March…. We contacted the Kingston store. We had head office credit the Kingston store so we could go in and choose a different set. The manager, Tina, was amazing. They even had the same dining set in stock and she simply replaced our damaged one for us! After waiting all these months it was very appreciated to be taken care of so professionally and quickly!
