We purchased a large furniture/appliance package from the brick in Kingston in 2020. Our sales person Doug Goyer was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and patient in finding everything we need at a great price. Last Tuesday our refrigerator stopped working, we purchased the extended warranty from The Brick. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with the warranty company. I called Doug to see if there was anything that could be done as I am without a fridge until they can get back here for fix it and within a matter of hours Doug had us a loaner fridge until ours is fixed. I can’t recommend him as a sales person enough as 2 years later he still cares. Way to go Doug you are a rockstar!

Visited The Brick on Gardeners in Kingston and was blown away by the amazing customer service. Doug Gorey was the sales rep that assisted us in making the best selection for us for a new bed. He also emailed us when he received confirmation of the product arriving and is doing his best to set an earlier delivery time. Amazing customer service. No pushy sales tactics. Really a wonderful sales rep. We will definitely visit with Doug again for our upcoming purchases.

In Kingston ON - Bought a coffee and end table set that turned out to be damaged / crushed in the corner of the coffee table when unpacked - they were very attentive to us to get the sale and $$ but now to get the damaged part replaced they ignore us. The customer service agent would rather cut me off and send an email telling me someone else will deal with me and I can’t get a reply for contact info who they said they sent my issue to. This is what they do to you after they get their sale and it doesn’t matter that you spent $6000+ on leather furniture, you’re nothing to them once you leave the store. I guess I’ll open a case with the Better Business Bureau since they seem to care less. I won’t be buying anything from the Brick again and we are furnishing a new home this summer.

After hunting for sofa at various stores decided to buy sofa i liked at Bricks. Sleek and modern looking. Shiela & Mike were helpful in finalizing the purchase. Shiela did spend time showing more options. There was delivery hick up which was resolved by Brick Store Manager. Also Brick price matched as price dropped. Tanya in operations was helpful and courteous. I will recommend the store. By the way we luv sofa.

Amazing customer service provided by Mrs Sheela in kingston brick. I went to buy just sofa but ended up with all home furniture and whole appliances with her help. She is very experienced and helpful, she spent too much time to understand our needs and provide us accordingly with the fair prices. I will highly recommend her. Great customer service.

I went to the brick looking for a bed frame. I was greeted at the the door by friendly and helpful staff. Tim helped me find a great bed frame that was within my budget. I really appreciate the knowledge the staff have about their products because I don't go shopping for furniture often. Although I know now where ill shop for future purchases! Awesome store 5 stars.

We ordered our new fridge on boxing day. We had prompt delivery three days later. Doug in sales was great to us. So good in fact that we went back and bought a dishwasher from him the same day. The delivery guys were outstanding. Very polite and careful with our new fridge and even took our old fridge out. Very good experience Highly recommend the Brick in Kingston. :)

I purchased about $6,000 worth of furniture from Brick in Kingston, Ontario, in July 2021. Among them, tables, chests, cabinets, and dressers were delivered a month later, and two Emma Night tables and Emma Dressers have not been delivered so far, which is six months old. They told me that the delivery date was postponed only when I called first and asked about the delivery, and there was no consideration for the customer. They changed the delivery date more than six times under the pretext of COVID-19. Only Emma Dresser was delivered today. The furniture delivered too much damage that looks like someone used or displayed it in the store. I really feel disappointed and shocked by Brick's customer service. It's Brick's problem that they couldn't deliver on the promised date for more than 6 months. Also, I've never had such a long delivery while buying furniture. I've never really experienced customer service like Brick. Why are customers so stressed out and buying furniture? I will never buy furniture at Brick again. And I will use Google Review to help other customers not experience the same thing as me.
