The entire experience of making the purchase was pleasant; we received great advice, lots of options, and no pressure. The delivery experience was also fantastic. They arrived exactly when they said they would, they assembled everything, and answered all of our questions. This is just a great store.

I would recommend dealing with Michael and Countrytime if you are looking for great quality and real wood products built by skilled professionals.

More than that, the staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. When friends complain about the fact that furniture doesn't last anymore, I always recommend this place.

They had lots of display model furniture to see, while the other furniture stores that we went to only had a couple sets at most, to see. Some had none at all, so we had to flip through their catalogs! The furniture at Countrytime is mostly constructed with real wood, not particle board and veneer. The set that we purchased will be manufactured in Ontario, not someplace offshore. Prices and delivery times were reasonable for the quality of construction. Staff were friendly and well informed. All of this made the decision to buy at Countrytime quite easy for us. Thank you!
