★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had photo done of my bf and 1 and our dog turned out pretty good but very price and didn’t know they were price and then they messed my order up and didn’t call when they were in and they they give me photo of my dog and her body and face is half cut off waste of money plus when I went to pick up I wait a hour for help to pick up and they new I was there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Walmart offers online photo centre so you are able to send in your pictures to pick up the next day to avoid going in and having to come back to pick up. There are also 4 or 5 kiosk stations that are super easy to use from an app on your phone, an SD card, memory stick, CD and scanner. The employees are very helpful to walk you through if you are unsure, and the pictures print quickly right from the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had our pictures done on November1st. Got 5 pages 3 weeks later along with access to the digital copy( which didn't work). Finally got the access to our digital copy 2 weeks later. Paid extra to get 2 10x30 pictures framed and as of today (6 weeks after pics were taken)we have still not received them. Paid over $200 to this place and still don't have everything I paid for. They also wanted me to pay an extra $25 for 5 more pictures even though they didn't have all of my pictures there. So disappointed in this place. Still getting the runaround from them over this. They have offered absolutely no additional services or incentives for my inconvenience. Thanks but next time I need pictures done, I will hire a real professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank goodness this studio is closing down because they are SO unprofessional and obviously don't care about the service they provide anymore. I was told at the beginning of this month that the coupons I got can only be used during this month as they close in the new year. Today they just canceled for the THIRD TIME in a row, with only an hour and a half warning. They rebooked us for the 27th but I have no faith they will even show up to do it and ill receive another call to cancel. These 2 coupons I bought didn't cost much but obviously it was wasted money. if you happen to consider going there for the last final 2 weeks they are open save yourself some time and don't bother, they could care less about their customers. Wish there was a way to leave negative stars, they don't even deserve 1 star
