P	Psycho Boo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the plastic bag ban is nice but it’s frustrating. Instacart shoppers can’t afford to bring their own bags all the time. And the limited time reusable bags for $.33 is dumb. Why does it have to be limited time. Why not just replace the plastic bags with the reusable bags permanently instead. It makes it easier for instacart shoppers to do their job.

Maybe a little more training for cashier to be able to input coupons on Calton cards in that department so Customers do not have to make a second transaction by paying those in the front. But she was polite and friendly

But what takes the cake was how one of them at the Kingston Walmart reacted when my wife asked her the direction to the washroom. Apparently, she was escorting another customer to some destination, and shot back at my wife, "I'm helping this customer. You have to wait." -- and it's not as if my wife had mumbled that question. It was made quite loudly from only 2 yards away. Rather, the good lady who that associate was accompanying stopped to give my wife the direction to the washroom.
S	Steve Kooshka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly decent customer service , friendly and semi helpful (most of the time) employees. Would be nice to see a few more expecting mothers parking spaces. All in all, not the worst walmart I've been to.
C	Churro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kind and gentle man was filling grocery items. I gently asked him where I could find the cheese. The man, with a soft, but confident voice gently replied "Right down to your left. If there's anything I can help you with please ask" His kindness was uncomparable. I got closer, and so did he. We touched fingertips and got closer to each other, my heart was racing, and he gently put his lips against mine and we continuously enjoyed our company. Unfortunately, it had to end. I then walked away and winked. Little did he know at the time, I slipped my number in his elegant walmart uniform. 10/10 very friendly staff.
W	Will Marinac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide variety of all products...groceries have excellent pricing. Only negative issue encountered in Store is lack of available help in each Department. Same issue that occurs if you phone for help. Sent to an Extension like Car Repair etc. that never picks up.

Got what I went for within 20 minutes but was shocked after I paid they told me they don't do plastic bags anymore and we just have to carry our purchases in our hand I guess it's to "help the environment" .... I then asked for a garbage bag because I noticed all around they have no problem using plastic bags to dispose of things they don't want but if a paying customer has more than a handful of things plus two kids with them and they need a bag, they can't be helped.. luckily the lady behind me in line had an extra reusable shopping bag and gave it to me. Thank you to you super nice lady! And screw you wal mart.
P	Pédro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly haven't been inside Walmart in about 2 months since I discovered how easy it is the place orders online and pick them up. Being able to take advantage of Walmart prices/sales without having to shop inside is pretty sweet. Please consider allowing customers to tip your employees who load items outside. I remember my parents tipping the grocery handlers when I was a kid and I feel like this is the same service. It would not only allow your employees to make a few extra bucks but it's nice as a customer to be able to show gratitude with a bit more than just a thank you. These employees work hard to find all the items and carefully load them in my car. I think it would be great if they could earn a monetary tip for a job well done. I have absolutely no ties to any of your employees and this is simply a suggestion. Please consider it. :-)
