★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought new gas range added 5yr parts/labor in Oct. Was delivered with broken leg. After many calls and emails, 4 months later they said come in and grab a leg off their floor model (which I had already suggested) . I had to take it off the floor model myself. I don't mind installing it but at least have it ready for me. During the 4 months it seemed like a lack of concern, returning calls etc. Which is too bad since we told the salesman that sold us the stove that we needed new furniture soon. Good service should be as important as making the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience with Leon’s Kingston. I went to Leon’s in Trenton and they didn’t have the couch I wanted in stock but Leon’s Kingston was willing to hold it for me at their store until the next day when I could be there to pick it up. The ladies inside were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The gentlemen out back that helped load it were very friendly. Definitely would recommend them and will be shopping there in the future!

We knew that it was going to take some time to get the product given supply chain issues, but it arrived sooner than expected and we received prompt communication and delivery. The delivery tracking site is great and helps you plan your day. Thanks to everyone.

Inside the showroom is great. The staff are cordial and are intent on making a sale. You make a purchase, then you are directed pick it up at their warehouse around back. It's then that the customer service level plummets. The warehouse staff are extremely rude and condescending. You get the sense that your presence is an annoyance to them. I was informed when I purchased a mattress that I could drop off the old one at their location. When I attempted to do so, the warehouse staff member informed me that I hadn't "paid" for that privilege, although he reluctantly allowed me to do so. I then attempted to submit a complaint to their website about this experience; I received no reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to give a shout out to Les, one of your drivers. I recently had the pleasure of encountering Les on Wolfe Island during one of his Leon's deliveries. He was a very responsible and conscientious driver who actually pulled over to let me pass as we navigated the many 90 degree turns on the way to the ferry. How uncommonly courteous and thoughtful! Once at the ferry line, Les alerted me to a safety issue with one of my tires that he had noticed while waiting behind me. Not many folks would have even noticed to begin with, but I really appreciated him bringing my attention to a condition which had the potential of becoming a serious road safety issue. For that, I am extremely grateful. Les is an exceptional person, and an outstanding ambassador for the Leon's brand!

Right from the sales staff to the delivery team and Laurie the Sales Manager were awesome to deal with. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone. I highly recommend them as it is awesome to see GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE here in Kingston. Laurie took the time to meet with me as well, as I wanted her to know how good my delivery went. I highly recommend shopping at the Leon's Kingston location
