★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a visit to the store today to buy some more animatronics to add to my growing collection. When I asked about what was available I was told what you see on the floor is what you get. When I asked about anything in the back? Was told yes but we have no time to unpack so what’s on the floor is what’s available. Very disappointed as I was about to spend about $1000 on a few new animatronics. In my opinion terrible customer service and another lost sale. Good luck selling products while you keep it in the back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE location with tons of costumes, accessories, and hope decor. Staff was very helpful as well. All their animatronics were up and running. This is the best Spirit Halloween location I’ve been to this year!
