N	Noha Mohamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude manager; my kids were standing just beside me down the booth, I am suddenly attacked by a “manager?” He literally told me if your kids didn’t have their mask on I will ask you to leave the store! I was so embarrassed and felt harassed and unsafe! I sent a complaint! It’s been a few weeks now and no one even bothered calling me! Will never go there again! He could’ve simply told me “I can offer you some masks” or do you need help? Instead of attacking me!

The staff was accommodating, the food was ok, good enough for this kind of pub / dinner establishment. Prices average to good. Now we've stopped going to East side Mario long time ago because of really bad service and staff rushing us to finish up and go, this was not the case here.

Had the Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken topping however the amount of chicken was miniscule. They did generously comp the meal when told how disappointing it the birthday boy was given a dessert.

We love East Side's, especially the all you can eat salads and bread sticks, in addition to delicious entrees. This location has the best people working there. Thank you for always making every visit a great one!
r	ray miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great selection & good prices. My wife and I were sat right away on a booth. It was all you can eat spaghetti night. My wife had cheese capaletti it was cooked well, large portion. My first dish of linguini and meat sauce was over cooked and pasty. Had a side dish of Alfredo sauce came to the table cold. 2nd half portion of spaghettini was also overcooked and pasty. Italian wedding soup was good. Our homeloaf and garden salad were as usual very good. The large tip was given to our server for her excellent table service and taking the time to speak with us.
M	Martin Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst East side Mario‘s experience ever. First they try to rip me off with a 32 ounce pitcher of beer. When I questioned my server Gina, I was told I was wrong. After escalating the issue to the manager Owen, he brought out 2/2 beers to bring up the ounces to the standard 54. We ordered Parm sliders which came with 1/3 the regular amount of chicken. I again spoke with the manager and he said he would raise the issue with the kitchen, but no compensation was offered. If you want to eat at East Side Mario’s in Kingston, take a few extra minutes and drive to the one on division Street. At least they are not ripping off their customers! P.S. our server Gina never said thank you one time and her rudeness made us feel uncomfortable. Brutal! Edit: Gave back a star because corporate called and gave me $20 gift card.
K	Kc Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t been to an East Side Mario’s in 20 years and nothing’s changed. But that’s OK because if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I think the menu is deep, service is great, and the prices are fair.
S	Saev Valovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not worth $75 order for takeout. Cauliflower pizza and pasta dinner for 2. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Food was cold, portions were small, barely any sauce on pasta. Look like vomit really. The pizza taste burnt. We had accidentally order the food for 6:45 online. I called right after to change the time, but I feel like the food was probably made at the original time and left to sit. Tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but no one answers the phone. Needless to say, will probably never go back there.
