★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have shopped there for plenty of things but my last experience was awful. I was not able to try clothes on because they removed changing rooms. Then I experience not getting something I Pais for and then still get ripped off 10 bucks in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's okay. It is not the greatest of stores. Shelves alittle messy and alittle dusty. It is a huge store and staff friendly. Not all stores in Kingston have friendly staff so this part was great. Although Value Village does really good work in the charitable part of things with programs they provide, they need to organize and maybe dust the shelves in tge store itself. They have a large selection though no matter what you are looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went shopping there on Friday and had my cart pretty full before noticing there are no change rooms anymore! So I head up to the cashier and ask when the changed rooms were removed and then after she answered I asked, "so now that I can't try anything on how long do I have to return things?" And she answered "2 weeks!" Fast forward to today when I went to return close to $100 of things at the Bellevie location, because that's where I live, I am told they only do exchanges! I don't have time to shop, so I ask for store credit and am told they don't do that. I am very upset, because I was lied to by the cashier in Kingston and wouldn't have bought anything if I was aware of their actually policies. I called Kingston and asked to talk to a manager and explained the situation and there was no understanding and she was quite rude saying "Our cashiers are well trained!" When I informed her I was lied to! Value Village has lost me as a customer!✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I bought a pan for $4.99 wat was my surprise that same day in the afternoon I found it brand new in Dollarama for $4.00!!!! it's insane that it's more expensive in a "thrift store".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a clean store with great, helpful, and friendly staff there. The only reason for a low review is the price of stuff has jumped steadily and is becoming much harder to find good deals. I've seen them asking for more then Dollarama did when they originally sold the item. I use to buy work clothing here but jeans cost way too much to just destroy them compared to every other thrift store. The display case stuff is often expensive, like they are basing it off of EBay sellers 'hopes and dreams' pricing (not actual sale prices). This is a thrift store, not a vintage collectables market. My last choice for local thrift shopping these days unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is clean and the staff are helpful. There are deals to be had. Beware the current return policy. There are no change rooms available which is understandable due to the current health situation but the return policy on clothing is 14 days to exchange. No money back. No store credit. So you cannot try it on and if it doesn't fit, tough luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organized, staff are great, BUT the pricing can be insane. I regularly see things from the dollar store (sometimes they still have the old tag for $1.25) and Value Village prices it at $5+. They are a for profit business, getting these things for free, and they price things 3x more than they should. Even have seen two of the exact same item, one is priced $3.99 the other is priced $7.99. Something is wrong with their tactics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I habent been in a value village for a few years but this was great. Well organized, extremely clean, lots of stock and not crazy over priced.
Sad I didn't go earlier and have more time to explore.
They have a really decent furniture section and sports section. Well ya they had everything and lots of it
