★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pleasure of purchasing a Electric Fireplace from Kingston Aarons in 2017. I found the Staff to be great and friendly and very informative. I recently went in and fully paid off my purchase and still the same friendly Staff....I highly recommend Aarons of Kingston, you cant go wrong. I know I will be back. Thanks Aarons of Kingston.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 5 years ago my partner and I purchased a bedroom suite with Aaron's Kingston. The entire experience was great - from purchase to delivery, customer service was exceptional, prices were great and we are still enjoying the same suite as much as the day we bought it. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Aarons for my upcoming purchase as your website is IMPOSSIBLE for your Canadian customers. It only allows for the input of Zip Codes, not Postal Codes, which in turn makes comparison shopping with other companies a nightmare. Companies such as MDG and Easy Home have Canadian friendly websites, and I was disappointed that Aaron's had not followed is step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the store is under new management the customer service is horrible. I was a loyal customer for five years. And when my tv stopped working they sent me an extremely dirty one. Management said he cleaned it when I showed him pics he insisted that he cleaned it. They r not like they use to be. I stopped my contact with them and followed old manager to easy home. Better prices better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had to aid friends here a couple of times. I find the prices a bit high and the day I was last in they had a transaction issue so I had to come back at a later time. The staff were easy to deal with and I see the idea as being a useful tool thankfully I have established credit so I don't have to personally use them as an option.
