★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff great experience very knowledgeable the new guy Bramley is on point top notch service to say the least the type of guy that makes you look good when you go to deliver something to a customer and you can't forget the people in the yard like Don Juan the one who moves all the product from point a to b thanks so much without you guys we just have a bunch of quotes lingering in the air

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roofmart continues to exceed expectations when it comes to poor customer service. Extremely slow customer service times, failure to deliver on time. The Kingston location is under New management and things are unfortunately getting worse, delivery fees are increasing, restocking fees are now a thing even with loyal customers. My recommendation to anyone looking for supplies is to use another company such as Herman's Roofing Supply.
