★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modified my rating and they were very good and apologetic about taking the item back and making the situation correct.
Resold a returned item that the previous person clearly tried and failed to install correctly and broke it. They didn’t even inspect the returned item as it was obvious when I opened the box what had happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this shopping experience every time. And came out of there with a new battery operated lawn mower, leaf blower and weed whacker....and pressure washer.
The 18v mower is powerful enough to saw through foot-high wet grass like butter! Not even kidding! And that's the tiny one! I know, I know...it's not a huge brand ..but for that price I don't even care if it dies. And it exceeded my expectations!!!! Staff totally helped me out and I never wait in line. Home Depot has really upped it's game lately!!!! Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a bathtub online. It was not due to be shipped for three months but I ordered it anyway. Little did I know that the Home Depot will charge the account and refund the account for the amount of the purchase every 5 days until the order is shipped. I then got an email from Home Depot saying my credit card had insufficient funds. This was only because their latest refund was still pending. I cancelled the order. I have never heard of a company doing business this way before. The Home Depot store is fine but how they operate their online shopping is reprehensible to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a good store just don't get a refund d as I bought a washer and dryer and needed a refund on my card and paid cash instead, well they said about 6 weeks to get my money returned. Now it's going on 3 months, I think I need to get a lawyer as these people can't even find it in their system. Getting ripped off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I had to to call them 6 times to set up a delivery. I confirmed my delivery 2-3 times. My wife also confirmed the delivery at this morning and they said it is confirmed. My contractor and plumber waited till 3 pm and guess what I was not scheduled for delivery. Now they are sending my stuff at the end of the day. Contractor and plumbers left already. Due to google rating system I have to give you 1 star but consider it as MINUS FIVE stars. I wish when pandemic is over store will find suitable people for work.

We don’t always remember the finer details of any one experience, but we do remember how that experience made us “feel”. And shopping at The Home Depot was a pleasant experience, and memorable as well. Happy Shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to replace my battery powered drill. Looking at what was available at Home Depot was a bit overwhelming. There was a HD person in the section, so I asked for some advice.
I was brought up to date on the new drills on offer. With help, I made a decision to buy a Ryobi 2 pack for about $160. 1 regular and one impact with two batteries. A quick check by my new HD friend and he found a sale item for $100. Bonus.
I walked away very happy.
