★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed and frustrated with these guys!! We had an estimate done but the guy neglected to point out the difference in the thickness of the new floors we were putting in compared to our old ones so now we have a huge ridge at the seams, also it is separating and breaking!! I’ve contacted them numerous times but still I am waiting for the floors to be fixed, I have had most of my flooring done by these guys and spent tons of money but definitely not impressed with the finished product or the service!! I found them to be quite arrogant and give excuse after excuse as to why my floors are not getting fixed!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Had our second room done, new flooring for my sewing studio. Again received excellent helpful and friendly service. We appreciate this family owned local business and highly recommend them to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed, I'm still waiting for help after many attempts to come to a resolution after a poor carpet installation.****Thank you for respondIng to my review**** I can see your files do not have all the details of my concerns, they have been discussed and emailed to the owner before.
The concern is more than the seams and I opted to stay with the carpet because my only option with the new flooring (which would compliment my other flooring )was not suitable for the stairs as per owners suggestion, even with the discount offered I would be paying an additional large amount of more money for new flooring but It wouldn't satisfy covering all the floors as the stairs couldn't be done and the additional costs that come with removing baseboards painting etc, some how it doesn't feel right paying more to fix a mistake your business created. My last ask from the owner was if they can't fix it was to discount us on the existing carpet, I'm still waiting from his promised "I'll get back to you"'s I'd love to talk to you Shawn, but I'd appreciate if you would call me. Thank you for your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy with our new vinyl plank in all the bedrooms! Nufloors was able to find the exact same product and colour that we had them put in our hallway 6 years ago. That previous work has held up beautifully. The sales manager, Paul, was ah-mazing and helped me find a solution that worked within my budget. The installers were pleasant and treated my home like they would treat their own and were in and out in a mater of a few days. Thanks Nufloors! Talk to you soon about the bathroom floor! Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered maple hardwood floors 2 1/4“ wide and 3/4” thick. Brian found us the cheapest deal. I got quotes from almost 5 different places in the town and this was the best with the similar product! Brocks who came to install our hardwood floor was very respectful, hard working and skilled. We are very happy with our decision to go with Nu floors and will highly recommend everyone to give them a try!!

Every person I talked to at Kamloops Nufloors was friendly and helpful, including sales, account managers and installers. Nufloors presented pricing and information transparently. Even when they discovered the state of the floor under my carpet was not ideal, there were able to make it work and provide a beautiful result at a reasonable rate.
