★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been dealing with United Carpet and Jim for the last 20+ years. He always is true to his word and he is very professional when dealing with him. The installers have been great every time we use these folks. We are currently doing a large renovation and the installer has been extremely accommodating during the process. He even changed his days and offered to come in on weekends to make it work better for us. Pricing has also been very competitive and they only use good quality flooring. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Have had dealings for about 5 years with Chad and his install team through my workplace and have alwasy been impressed with the quality of the workmanship and responsiveness. We have been very happy with the carpets and flooring purchased and most recently found our installer Dillon to be personable and accommodating. The next time we need flooring we will again return to our friends at United Floors.

He had a clear vision of what would and woud not work for our home. The installer, Chris Howe; did an exceptional job of carrying out that vision flawlessly. We found Chris to be an exemplary worker with very high standards and expectations of himself. It is without hesitation that we would recommend this duo for any tile projects you may wish to do.

This is so important to me as I felt valued as a customer! Neill went out of his way to visit our home multiple times to ensure measurements and finalize arrangements for purchase and install. If you want to feel like a valued customer, I highly recommend giving Neill a call.
