The members are friendly and positive, while still being motivating and pushing me to reach my best. The coaches.. are amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about all the staff here. Each of them stays focused and alert to what we are working on, and continuously watches our form on any movement and provides feedback, whether it be constructive or positive. I feel like part of the family at TCSC, and I now look forward to joining my friends every day at the gym.

I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years and I know a good trainer when I experience being coached by one. I was really impressed. Rodrigo was absolutely amazing. He had the perfect balance of pushing me but he also understood my limitations. He has such a positive attitude. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get into Cross Fit.

After working at TCSC and filming several videos for TCSC & Movement Mechanics I seriously can't say enough good things about the environment and the gym atmosphere! The gym is organized, consistently sanitized, clean, and members and coaches always have a smile on their face. Kent & Carlee are some of the most positive, happy and accommodating people I've ever met! The managerial and business side of TCSC is unbelievably efficient and organized. Whenever Kent reaches out to me to film a video he always creates well organized filming schedules and ensures that no time is wasted, not only that but my time is valued. I always leave TCSC with a smile on my face, and if you are looking for a gym to go to TCSC is the place to be!!

The coaches and support staff are knowledgeable and care about your fitness goals and your quality of life. The members have created a well knit community, unlike any other in town. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. There are people from many walks of life. Although this type of thing may seem super intimidating, it’s not. Go check it out and you might be surprised. You’ll have a great time and you may even push yourself to do amazing things.
