I absolutely love going to Barre Kamloops and highly recommend it to others. My only wish is that I had started going when they first opened last year! BARRE combines my loves – dance, yoga and pilates - in an upbeat, challenging way that makes my muscles burn while providing a total-body workout. I love how each instructor brings her own energy and skill-set to class. The classes are unique and exciting, but are still easy to follow along with as the base moves are consistent. There are also so many classes to choose from that I can manage to fit 3+ classes into my busy schedule each week. Having the MindBody app to sign-up for classes online has also been a big bonus for me. Another reason I love going to Kamloops Barre, is the welcoming environment and encouraging atmosphere. I really enjoy being able to visually see my progress and efforts with the 60 Day Barre Challenges (sticker charts and prize draws work for adults too!) I also like that the only sense of “competition” I have ever felt working out at Barre Kamloops, is competing with myself to raise my own limits. Not only has Barre Kamloops created a strong sense of community within the studio, but it also gives back to our local community (“Raise the Barre” charity classes)! I love the relationship connection between other local fitness providers. I have always wanted to try a pilates class at Evolve Pilates and now I definitely will as it’s part of our January Barre Bingo Challenge!

I love going to Kamloops Barre! The instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate. Every class is different, fun and challenging in a good way. If you are looking for a place to meet some awesome new people and have a great workout, Kamloops Barre is for you!

Barre is amazing! I have been going for a few weeks and already feel stronger and leaner. The instructors are friendly, encouraging, and extremely knowledgable. It's a hard workout, but I never feel like I am injuring myself. I love the friendly atmosphere, and can't wait to go to my next class!!

My first Barre class was a bit tougher in the beginning than I had expected but it was better halfway through once I got the feel of it! It was probably the best "first class" that I've been to. I tend to find that the first class is always a bit embarrassing for me but it did not feel that way at Barre! The environment felt non-judgmental which was refreshing. I've been wanting to try Barre for over a year now and I'm glad that I finally did! I'm attending 4+ times a week (because it's so much fun!) and for the three weeks that I have been attending, I have seen significant improvement in myself. Each class that I attend, I leave feeling more energized. My favourite class so far has to be Barre and Bend because I LOVE the yoga aspect of it!! All of the classes are fun and enjoyable! Each instructor has their own unique style and every class is different so you will never get bored!

I tried for baby and Barre for the first time with my daughter when she's was only 3 months old and loved it. So I came back as she's 21 months and signed up for the 90 day challenge and I can't be more excited, happy, thankful for such an amazing studio as its super clean, fun, energetic!!! The instructors are amazing!! Seriously!!! You always feel welcomed and you can do it at your own pace. It's such a mix of a workout which I LOVE (dance, yoga, strengthening and flexibility) I give Barre Kamloops a 5 star!!!! Amazing amazing amazing!! ?????

Barre isn’t just a workout, it’s a lifestyle! The physical and mental challenge is so motivating, as you can actually feel and see the workouts change your body and mind. The instructors really care about making sure you are getting a safe and effective workout, and they are all super approachable and friendly. I was addicted to this workout after just the first time I went, and I bet you will be too! And, your first class is free so you literally have nothing to lose (and all kinds of Barre burn to tone those muscles to gain)!

LIFE CHANGING! I have been going to Kamloops Barre since the end of September 2017 and average now 5 times a week because their class schedule is so flexible with many different time options! It truly is one of the best workouts I have ever done! Every class is different which is excellent for muscle confusion yet base moves are always incorporated. I didn't know so many small muscles could burn so bad [grin and barre it ;) ] which is awesome since they support our larger muscle groups. The instructors are so energetic, sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The music is always current with splashes of throwback music classes which is fun. The atmosphere is very welcoming and it really does encompass a community feel. I have made some great new friends here! There are also Barre challenges you can partake in that keep you motivated. A must-try for anyone in Kamloops, plus, your first class is free! Other pros: - They are on the MindBody app so you can schedule and register all online - You're guaranteed a class spot once you register - There are different class styles to suit your mood or workout needs - You will see amazing results when sticking to it!

Kristen and the crew at Barre Kamloops are awesome. They have programs for all levels and lifestyles. I have loved each and every class I have been to from normal Barre to Prenatal and now Moms and Baby. I have also used the team for cross training our athletes and they have been incredible. I must to your fitness regime! It truly is a family atmosphere!
