C	C.J Finnie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted J R's Mobile on April 26th after returning from a RV holiday. There had been a power surge from campground we stayed at which blew something in our RV. They came over on the 28th mid afternoon.The problem was identified and thankfully the problem was not too extensive . The issue was right inside where the power cord enters the RV. The wires were fried and burnt!! We were very lucky that the RV didn't catch on fire! They worked on it for few hours, replacing the wire then ensuring that this was the only problem. They did a fantastic job! The price was reasonable! Leaving us Satisfied Customers!! I would highly recommend this co for any RV issues you might encounter. . Major point for this Company is they are a mobile Service, as taking a trailer is not always possible. Great Job!! Don & Char

I have called weekly for a month and every time the nice lady assures me that they value my business and that Jamie will call me back soon. If you need service, don't hold your breath. Find someone else.

I called then at noon on a friday with a dead battery and a dead rv converter, they were allready booked almost all day. They had the part at their office, they delivered it at their team on site and it was fixed before dinner ! They answered all my questions and worries!

Located 5 minutes off the 401 with easy access. They took us right away. Put a new one on for a great price and back on the road again! Great guys and service. Thanks!

When the repair failed Jamie sent his crew to secure the slide out then got us back in for a re-repair immediately all no charge. Good to see a business stand behind their work and make things right. R	Ron Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think these people are great. I had my trailer brakes adjusted, axles greased and a difficult to access water fitting fixed last summer. While it was in their shop they took the time to inspect and seal the roof and discovered the awning was pulling the side away from the trailer. These are things I would have discovered on my own the hard way! It seems like no one in the RV business takes the time to go beyond what's absolutely required. It's common for people with bad experiences to drag down the average rating of a business - most positive ones never get posted. In my opinion these guys deserve 5 stars.
