He was extremely knowledgeable in the product. He even did the walk through for us. Showing us how to our trailer so that we were a 100% comfortable as 1st time buyers in using it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had over $3,000 worth of repair work done and they downgraded all the materials to the cheapest they could find. The new awning they put on looks like it came from a cheap Walmart tarp. Not at all the quality of the original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a kind young guy who was trying to help me out to find a part when came this rude man with the beard saying to him “without the part number you won’t find it, don’t waste your time” trying to help a customer is not a waste of time, five stars for that guy which regardless the comment of that rude man continue trying to help me.
I don’t recommend this place terrible customer service from that guy specially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a new Discovery motorhome in 2020 only to find out the back toilet has never worked properly in the 2 years we've had the unit. Between taking the unit in multiple times for the toilet, today I finally find out we are able to order a new one on warranty. Brought motorhome in April 29th for scheduled appointment to summarize and fix toilet. Finally they were able to look at the unit on May 9th (why make appointment if you cant work on it) only to find out toilet is 8 weeks away. Service department is not solution oriented and could care less we have another summer of camping with out having a toilet in 300k motohome
This is our second new purchase at woodys and will be the last
I would accept a call from senior management any time to discuss further

We can't say more about our salesman, Kevin Fader, for his attention to our needs and the excellent communication and knowledge of the new improvements made by Grand Design this year. Also, to Woodys staff who were helpful and always good natured, from Finance Manager, Bonnie Saraceni to those in Parts and Service departments. Thanks Russ and Diane
