★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered parts from the Jack Carter website 3 weeks ago and paid with my credit card. I used their online ordering system and entered my vehicles vin in order to ensure that I was going to get the correct parts. I had 2 separate conversations with people from their parts department and they confirmed and assured me that the part number I had ordered was correct. They emailed me and said that the parts should arrive within 10 days as they had to order them. 3 weeks later I get a phone call from Manny telling me that I ordered the wrong part number and the part and the correct part number was double what I was quoted. He told me that I had entered the wrong VIN number despite their website accepting it and directing me to choose the part number that I did. So despite using their website, entering the requested information, speaking with 2 different employees its my fault that the part numbers are wrong. I reviewed the online info with Manny today while we were on the phone and he stills said I ordered the wrong item. I am a retired tech with 43 years experience and have no issue admitting when I’m wrong but this takes the cake. I just ordered the parts from a dealer in the USA and the parts with shipping and tax are $110.00 cheaper.

They knew right away what the issue was and had me booked for service in a couple days. The work took no more then three hours and I had my vehicle back before 11. Jordan and Elizabeth in the service department were excellent. The courtesy shuffle was also a nice touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donna who walked me through the whole process of getting my car fixed was excellent! My rad hose attachment blew apart while driving and I lost all coolant. They helped me get a tow truck, gave me realistic expectations on when my car would get in and kept me in the loop once they got my car into the shop and called me right away after they got it all repaired. They got me a lift from my work to the dealership to pick it up. All around excellent service and extremely happy with what was an awful situation to be in to being back up and running ☺️
