Had a quick chat with staff who were very friendly and welcoming despite me clearly just loitering. The dealership is very clean and spacious, and crew were actively sanitizing surfaces. I will definitely be coming back to southcentre (at earlier hours) in the future for parts for my VW. Thanks for the free electricity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My encounter with South Centre VW has been unpleasant. For over a month, my car has been in for repairs. Originally I wanted an oil change. They continue to find problems, and somehow seize tie rods that were not seized when I drove it there.
I've tried continually to contact representatives like Tyler, and Matt, however, it's always going to voicemail. And they don't respond back.
Upon contacting one of these two representatives, at first they were completely unaware of my vehicle. After 10 minutes on hold, he returned to ask me if I was sure my vehicle was with them. Another 10 minutes, and then "oh I remember this". Just an afterthought.
What could have made my experience better is more consistent contact and updates. Feeling left in the dark about my personal vehicle is an awful feeling, as well as an ever surmounting bill that I have no way of gauging. I'm now left concerned I will be able to pay the full amount and receive my vehicle which I've been without for over a month!

From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed with smiling faces and a team that went above and beyond, far meeting all of our expectations and special requests! Huge shout out to Conner, Darren & Alyssa. Our new vehicle was our first test drive and while the new ride had everything we wanted, we were thoroughly impressed with the service we received and decided we didn't need to look at any other dealerships! We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a used vehicle from Brad in November. It was a complicated deal to work from the purchase of our vehicle to the delay we needed before we could sign for the new one and us being located in Lethbridge (nearly 250km south of the Calgary).
Brad, Kyle, and Shanna made it super easy and were very accommodating throughout the entire process. My wife now has a vehicle in the color she has been wanting for a long time, I am happy she is in something reliable, and we cant thank you all enough for helping us.
I wont hesitate to call them again.

From the sales team (Steve Scott was our salesman), to the finance department (Shanna is amazing) to Alyssa who went over our car with us when we went to pick it up. We never felt like we were treated poorly the whole experience. Not the standard dealership where you feel like you need to have a shower when you get home. Would totally go back for another vw from them in the future
