R	Roy Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, Toyota has never been one of the brands I personally did go after, but Moon-Ho Park was the one who made it easy for me to like the brand and decide on my next vehicle. Although it's never been this difficult to get a car I want with all the situation going on now, he was working at his best to make me stay patient by keeping me updated in a timely manner and try to get a car as quick as possible. He is very fast guy, simply easy to be reached out anytime and prepared to find the answers you might look for without delay. I've met many sales before, but I can easily say he is by far the greatest of all. If you want to be treated like you expected to be treated as a customer, go ask for him! He knows how to serve you good!
K	Kelci Ismay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give 10 stars if I could. I was looking at trading in my vehicle and my neighbour purchased one from this dealership this past summer. She sent my information to Mitch as I couldn’t find what I wanted locally and she was pleased with how easy Mitch was to deal with this past summer and the selection this dealership had. Mitch then got in contact with me by phone and discussed what I was looking for etc. I live about 3 hours away so he sent me pictures of everything and managed to get me exactly what I was looking for that day which was either a 21 or 22 black or white limited Rav 4 with a black interior and by some miracle he got me a white one. He was so quick to respond to all my questions etc. We were able to do a deal over the phone. I gave them a deposit (refunded day of financing). The day I picked up the new vehicle Mitch went over all the features of the vehicle, he even went and got some black License plate bolts to match my old license plate frame! Cory in finance was super friendly as well and very easy to deal with. Even the ladies at reception were so friendly when we walked in, the whole atmosphere and communication between everyone we dealt with at this dealership was seriously incredible. It made the 3 hr drive each way so worth it!

He is extremely friendly and honest about everything. You can tell he is just always happy and pleasant. Communication was great and pricing was transparent and competitive. He also personally did the vehicle delivery process and explained in great detail every feature of the car. He used to be a mechanic for Toyota so he is very passionate about their vehicles. We couldn't be happier with our Sienna. Thank you Moon!! (moon emoji)

J	Jesse Hubbard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service department is the problem. My heater stopped working, cost +3000 to tear the dash out and replace. Then my rear defrost stopped working so I took it back thinking maybe they forgot to plug something in. They charged me 170 to diagnose that there was a ground cable disconnected. They then wanted another 150 to fix it, I said it shouldn’t cost that much to fix a ground cable…. So I wouldn’t pay and they didn’t fix it. Took it home, had to take the rear seat out and all it was was a little plug that had disconnected. It took me 15 minutes to remove seat, plug in, and reinstall seat. So basically they wouldn’t plug it back in for less then 150 dollars on top of the the 170 I’d already paid for diagnosis. The mechanic literally had it right there but wouldn’t plug it in! Pics show it plugged and unplugged. Also another time my wheel came off going 110km/hr on the QE2 after leaving the dealership for a service. They told me they’ve changed up their procedures because of that, so probably safer now!
