★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give a poor review for my experience with this dealership. I requested to have my Kia quoted for them to purchase. I was shocked when they offered me $8'000 when I already had an offer of $15'000 from another dealership. Not all salesman try and rip you off; however, I recommend using caution if you decide to make a deal with this dealership.

Denise Lee kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle. The service team did an amazing job and left my car in good condition. I strongly recommend this dealership.

Coming from decades of customer service experience I can tell the main goal is to ensure each customer is given 110% all the way. I will be a return customer. I will highly recommend friends & family here as I know they will be in the best hands. Kramer, thank you for being transparent, & for going over & beyond to help me in my specific situation. Funny enough I came from a dealership that put me through the ringer with an arrogant, high pressure sales guy. Kramer made sure I got into a vehicle I love at a great price point! I’m beyond happy. Also they will even go do far to sit down in your new car to show & explain how everything works. & how to book futures services on line! Plus free Uber!! Seriously these guys know how to treat their customers right. Why would you want to bring your business anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car in for a safety recall and the staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable.
They were quick, yet efficient.
I really appreciated that they emailed me a detailed but easy to read report. I liked how it laid out everything visually and ranked each element's 'status'..with green, yellow or red.
They got me an Uber back to the dealership to pick up the car.
There were no hassles picking it up and they even had washed my car! They did not
intimidate me to get extra work done.
I will definitely come back here to purchase a vehicle in the future

Good price for oil change and tire swap.
Was not happy that service department estimated approximately $2000 for maintenance. We purchased this vehicle less than a year ago with 55,000 km. .now it has 65,000
A lot of these issues should have been addressed before we purchased the vehicle.
Don't get me wrong. We love the Sportage and would highly recommend this vehicle

I just got my new van there and they made me feel comfortable in my decision. Ryan and Ha were great to work with people who are honest, and humble, and willing to make things work. Great place to go to if you are looking for a dealership that has good integrity, who are honest, and a dealership that has a client first mentality.

We started with Kyle in sales, to Serge & Shimpei in financing and lastly Joexlle, who explained all the vehicles features and systems at time of delivery. South Trail Kia is beautiful clean operation and all worked to make the experience the best I have had in 30 plus years of buying vehicles.
