Great service Great people. If you have questions they will take the time to answer you and help you understand the answer. It seems that they understand that not every person is going to buy a car but will take the time to answer questions on the new models. If your looking to buy a car, this is the place you should look first.

I rarely ever write a review. For me to do so, the service must have been tremendously amazing or disappointingly abysmal. It has been a few days since my visit at this dealership and I am still feeling the effects of my time there as an extremely bad after taste. Monique was the representative of the dealership helping me. From the time I started speaking with her, Monique made me feel like a piece of gum stuck on the bottom of her shoe. The way she spoke with me was abrasive, short, and impatient; like a teacher who hates interacting with children. When I had questions, she got frustrated. If I misunderstood her poor explanations, she'd snap at me. To further highlight the spirit of inconvenience and suspicion that she openly treated me with, I came back to her desk to enquire about some unfamiliar scratches I had noticed on my vehicle after their amazing complementary car wash. Now I was unfamiliar with them and wanted to check the pictures that Monique had taken of the exterior of my vehicle before they had begun the work. I did not accuse them of scratching my vehicle as I also considered that they may have happened before I arrived. But I thought it would be helpful to cross reference with the pictures she took. I waited at a distance from her desk until she acknowledged me. When she did so, I mentioned my concern and request. She snapped back that she was busy with some other customer's paperwork and that I would have to wait. There was no tactfulness in asking politely for a few moments while she finished her present task. It was a harsh response as if I had demanded she drop everything and attend to me. After I showed her the areas I was concerned about, she blatantly shielded her tablet where the pictures were saying that before she showed me any pictures, she'd have to speak to her manager. I acquiesced and waited again in the waiting area. When she brought me out to compare the pictures, the one picture was zoomed in so much that I could not quite tell the difference with the resolution. So I asked for a different angle. Monique presented the exasperated disposition I had come used to receive from her by saying there were no more pictures to show. I stepped towards my vehicle to show her the angle that I was asking and she immediately jumped out of the way raising her voice and commanding me to keep her personal space. It was as if I had threatened her. The spirit of suspicion that shone through her response made me feel like I was not an equal. Despite all of the above experiences I have described above, I had remained kind, patient, and gentle in my interactions with her. But this experience with Monique was really off putting because she, by her consistent actions and demeanor made me feel less than a human. I had no idea why she treated me with open disdain, suspicion, and disrespect. When I asked her how I may have offended her, she replied that they were short staffed and it had been stressful. But I would say these reasons do not legitimize treating other people like dirt. Monique, you poorly represented your dealership. I hope you reconsider how to treat people with kindness even when you are having a rough day.

Great Service Department! Edrian was an excellent service advisor and was able to get my vehicle in and out in the same day for me, even without an appointment. AND they washed my vehicle for me. Bonus! I will definitely be coming here for service from now on. Super thankful!
